We came in with a postcard that promoted their new Happy Hour on one side, (between Noon and 5pm) and the other side had another offer on it with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS. We attempted to redeem the offer with no time restrictions and were denied the use of the offer. We spoke to the manager, and he said the printer added that onto the postcard and it had the time restrictions that the front one did. His lying to cover the misprint was clear, and we do not like dishonesty. We heard through the grapevine that theyll be closing at the end of this season. Its no wonder why... Shady shysters. Ugh. All this over a free kids cone with an adult purchase. They wouldve made out better accepting their own offer. Now theyve lost my business. Be careful when redeeming offers, be very careful!

Its a really cute little place with lots of flavors of ice cream and other sweet treats, but the decor has gotten quite loud since Ive last been here. Thats probably my least favorite thing about it now. I find the "menu" to be disorganized, as it was basically used as wallpaper, but thats not what I come to Sundae School for. Overall a good local place too get some ice cream with a bit of history. Also, they take credit card, but its just a Square card reader on a phone.

This is a fantastic place to have icecream it has so many different flavors they have posters all hung on the walls of the menu options. They make a ton of milkshake flavors and sundae flavors and they have a cute place to enjoy the ice-cream outside with picnic table and chairs. The price cost a bit more then your regular icecream place but its worth every penny.

Best Hersheys ice cream around, great outdoor area, however they claim their restroom has been out of order for years now (its not, they just say this to deter people). They also are crappy about honoring rewards punch cards, and have horridly long lines (although thats not entirely their fault). Its just not the greatest experience to get ice cream there.

Its a bit chaotic looking inside, bright menus on every wall from pretty much floor to ceiling. Im glad I looked at their website before I went there to have an idea of what they have. They offer ALOT of flavors and sundaes. Servers were nice, the outside seating area is comfy. Yummy ice cream.

Really a great local ice-cream shop. Their sundays are ginormous and loaded with toppings. I love to take the whole family there for a special treat once in a while. Dont forget to bring your canine family member too , because they have a free ice-cream bowl for your pup.
