Had a wonderful dinner and evening at the (new) Ridge Restaurant In Hawley last evening! Hospitality was great! We sat at a terrific little table in the bar area (the bar area is a welcoming quintessential hotel bar) near the fireplace. I had the shrimp francese which had a wonderful lemon wine sauce and my husband had the sword fish special that was a nice portion, prepared well and flavorful! Peter was at the keyboard in the bar area (he is an awesome musician:) The Ridge Restaurant/Bar should definately make Peter a regular weekend feature! Actually a piano bar would be fun! The only small improvement wed recommend is more comfy chairs at the tables:) Definately recommend an evening at the Ridge!

We stopped here on our 10th anniversary on a whim. So glad we did! Loved the house dressing, they really need to bottle it and sell it. The NY Strip steak was the best Ive ever had! The hubby had the chicken parm which was also delicious. The sauce had great flavor. Awesome family atmosphere! We will be back! :)

We have been to the Ridge Restaurant 3 times for the dinner special from 4 - 6 p.m. We are working our way through that menu. We have had 3 wonderful dinners. The friendly staff only adds to the great experience. We will definitely be back to continue trying everything on the menu. Fantastic!

Had lunch at the Ridge. It was a cold rainy day and we thought it would be nice to stop in and have lunch. It was colder inside then it was outside. No heat at all. Rushed threw lunch so we could get to the warmth of our car. Will wait until summer and try again.

Just there December 4. Sunday sauce was great. Bartender was very nice and welcoming. Had a few nice apps. Decorated for the holidays. Very nice experience.

Staff is so friendly. Food is terrific. Seafood appetizer as a take-out was way too salty. Had to throw it out after three bites. Sorry.
