Just a typical Popeyes. The fried chicken wasnt freshly fried. It was sitting there for a while. It didnt taste bad but it didnt taste great either. Just average fried chicken. I have had better Popeyes chxn at other locations. Cleanliness was average. The ladies bathroom was adequately clean, not amazing but good enough, meaning floors were free of trash. There was a light out in the bathroom which made it darker than it should be. The lock on the door kept getting stuck. The soap dispenser was broken and looked like it would fall off the wall. Dining area could use a quick wipe down of crumbs off the tables but it was trashfree. The manager gave one of the regular customers a free cheesecake on his bday, which was nice. Though Im not sure how to react to an employee meeting occurring in the dining area, where an employee was reprimanded for her actions regarding a customer complaint at the drive thru. I would think it best to have that meeting elsewhere away from customers.

Me and my family eat here often on the weekends. My last couple of visits was horrible. My chicken was dry and most of the sides they had ran out of. I called the next day and the day time manager was so polite and she went above and beyond to make things right. Well by the time I got there it was a new manager on and she was horrible. The manager was black with a small s curl afro. And she talked about the other manager in front of me and other customers. She was very loud and rude. She didnt even want to replace my food even though the other manager wrote it in the refund book. The customer service is horrible and they need to choose better managers. Good job whoever CJ is...

This place is ok for a person who is just there to pick up the food and leave, manager told a customer she could not have a cup for soda because she did not pay, but she had paid, the cup she was originally handed was dirty, all the cups were, and the manager was told about it but did nothing, left the same filthy cups at the front and said or did nothing, just this " ooh, ok" and left after telling the customer she basically took a cup, people a soda cup!!!!! And scolding the cashier not to give free stuff, like a cup!! Kitchen is ok, food is greasy but edible, service is what you pay for and restaurant needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

We love Popeyes, but this is the third time we have tried to go here and they have food issues. The first time there was a huge line in drive thru, and then we get to the speaker and fins out they have fryer issues, a wait on chicken, no fries, etc. Then we tried again, same thing. This last time, no fries even available, and the chicken was cut in such a way that the bones were actually shattered. Horrible experience.

Just visited Popeyes, was told to park in space 1. Obviously since the spaces are not numbered no one knows what order they go in, as we waited ten minutes for someone elses order. Took the incorrect order back inside only to have the employees argue about who delivered the wrong order. Was given the right chicken and fries but was not given a biscuit, just the jam. Will not be returning to Popeyes ever again.

Went to this Popeyes on my way home from vacation. Ordered a family meal to take home for dinner. I got home and they forgot two of the sides I ordered. I called them up to ask for a refund to be mailed to me. The manager of the store was of no help and said he would get back to me. It has been a month since this call and still havent heard anything back. The food was good, but awful customer service.

How can they be open during the remodeling project and dont have protection against dust dirt and debris from cutting ceramic tile,wtf then .....then when you call the store back and tell them what you didnt get that you paid for -Artis the mangers calls me a liar because"I placed it in the bag " lol but I didnt receive it never will go there again I will drive to Chambersburg first!!!!!!

Love their chicken and red beans and rice. Service is HORRIBLE at this location! Employees are rude and could care less about customer service. I am black and so is most of the staff. Im embarrassed by how the staff represents us. I realize these are probably inner city kids who have not had the most gentile lifestyle, but rude is rude no matter what your background. Store is also dirty.

Weve eaten here a few times. The service is horrible when the lady from new york isnt there. To top it all off, we both found flies FRIED INTO OUR FOOD tonight! Total attitude from the mgr with the long braids when we wanted our money back. Not only that but the one girl kept suggesting stuff other than what we wanted when we got there, cuz they didnt feel like making anymore food.

You know when a place closes at 11p.m. they should really close at 11pm!! Twice this week i pulled in the drive thru at 10:52 and 10: 54.. both times nobody said hi or can they take my order..instead they wait til about 10:57 and say sorry we are closed! This place at one time used to be the place to go. But now it seems like popeyes is steadily going down hill

Food is usually very good and hot. Parking is lacking. The dinning room is usually filthy and theres rarely ever a clean table to sit down and eat at. Bugs normally surround the soda machine and the whole area around the soda machine is normally dirty. Not sure how often this place is cleaned, but it cant be very frequently. My guess is 1-2 times a day tops.

Service is always super slow. 3 cars in the drive thru (2 ahead of me) and I had to TWENTY minutes before even placing my order...only to pull up and the person says, "Thank you for choosing Popeyes, please hold... " and came back 6 minutes later and then kept interuppting me every time I tried to finish placing my order (which was only one combo...)

If i could give a 0 I would only thing worse then the food we received was the staff, she was very rude and could not be bothered! We even went at the height of lunch time and normally food is pretty fresh, not ours like warm and tasted reheated! Spent 20$ and we might as well have just ate the money maybe we would have been satisfied!

Waited an hour before taking my order and the place was empty....just to get to the place is a journey, and when you finally inside is even worse. No customer service, everyone needs to be trained again by a different person. I ended up buying since I waited that long....The one star is for the food, it was okay.

I went there in response to the commercials. What I found was tasteless chicken (it was spicy!). Tiny shrimp (claimed to be butterfly) hardly! I went there with the intention of having a good meal. I did not. Being a fast food place I did not set my expectations too high. Out of 1/10 a "2" is being generous.
