Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!!!! They will never work with you with substituting foods. Tell me why the lady who claims she was management told me they wont and will not switch wedges for mac and cheese on a combo deal they had promoting... needless to say, I left simply bc how I was approached. Few days later I was in Lemoyne still had my craving for KFC, I asked for the same combo promo but told her I did not want wedges she offered what other sides did I want instead. Now THAT is customer service!!!! Bottom Line.. GO TO KFC IN LEMOYNE!!!

Upper management are very good people, they do actually care, KFC corporate, also cares. After a disaster of an experience both upper management and KFC corporate reached out, apologized, made things right with me and have agreed to work towards and implement changes to better the experience of everyone. The customer service was horrible and the guy that took my order kept messing up and laughing. Would not go again as long as he is there the manager tried to make it better but he messed up on others orders right after being corrected for the same thing. He was dirty and messy and thought it was funny never again.

Food on par with what Id expect from KFC. Ordered some bowl meal, didnt recieve spoon or napkins, and the soda fountain obviously needed adjustment. I wont go back to this one.

This place is horrible. Its super slow, theres always a line, the staff doesnt speak English and for some reason, it costs $10 for a couple chicken tenders.
