So the deal was "buy 3 get 1 on us" we bought 3 frappucinos not knowing of the deal and the employee also didnt inform us "hey you bought three, now order one for free!" I saw the deal and went back about 30 seconds later saying "I just noticed the deal and you clearly just saw me buy 3, can I get my one for free?" I got a "sorry...no" and explanation that didnt make sense from him and walked away from me. I buy a small frap everyday and I couldnt get one for free when I bought the 3 needed? Thanks for being difficult and not informing me of the deal! Love the Starbucks, but come on this employee sucked.

Youll be surprised at the creative and exciting ways they can mess up your order. Burn a breakfast sandwich, no problem! How about mixing coffee instead of brewing more, can do! You want to wait an amazingly long time and not be acknowledged by the staff, youve come to the right place! This Starbucks has its good days but most of the time they act like they are the only Starbucks in town because they are. They deserve all the credit for helping the local coffee houses grow because unless the staff knows you they consider your presence an annoyance.

IM SO ANGRY! livid! mad! GRRRR! at this starbucks location, i got venti unicorn frappe with three extra pumps raspberry and one extra pump of vanilla. i was so excited to take an artsy picture for my story, i held the drink in my hand and held it over the street view when this girl "accidentally" knocked the drink out of my hand. that day was the last day to purchase the unicorn frappe, and i never got to fulfill my taste buds!

I have had good experiences here. More than once. But today was really great! the barista was very accommodating and I enjoyed the special occasion she made me. Only reason I gave four out of five instead of 5 out of 5 stars is because the last time I came in I ordered a chai tea and it was terrible.

Second time here. Husband is hearing impaired so it can be hard for him to understand the verification from the cashier. We have not had any order problems, employees are always professional, courteous, and go out of their way to make him happy. Which makes me happy, too.

I dont mind waiting for a specialized drink. I mean this is a Starbucks after all and everyones order is distinctly different from the next. However, 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU IS ABSURD AND EXCESSIVE

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Then was handed a burning hot drink without a sleeve and burnt my hand. I will not be coming back.
