Old people flock here. U cant hardly get in for lunch on a Friday because of the overwhelming number of senior citizens that come here. When u do get in u will find that the food is cheap and the portions are large. However the food is rather bland, no seasoning at all, on anything. The egg dressing salad and mac and cheese are a must but after a few visits it gets old since the specials never change. Parking is a pain because the lot has less spots than there are seats in the restaurant so u usually end up parking at the medical center. If u get take out check your order carefully before leaving. Last time we ordered here for lunch at work everyone that ordered salads had no dressing.

Normally have a great experience. This time, my son and I went in and they were busy which is understandable. But they dont have a bus boy or anyone helping out so the tables that were available were not clean at all. Also they had a screaming child in there who was screaming when we got in there and continued till we left 10 minutes later. Other customers were complaining as well, but they didnt seem to care to say anything to the parent. We will be going back because we live right by the library, but they definitely need to staff more people.

The unsweet iced tea tasted like the container it was kept in had not been cleaned. The baskets that the fries and sandwiches were served in were dirty. Plates or clean baskets! The tissue was not covering the dirty basket. No vanilla ice cream at a dairy bar? Really? We ordered cake and ice cream and had to take the strawberry cream and yuk, ice particles in the ice cream. Really could do better.

Came here for my wifes birthday. This place is always busy so we figured it had to be good. My wife ordered a crab cake not only was it not hand made but it was one of those frozen ones that had barely any crab. She also got mash potatoes these were bland instant potatoes. Its definantly cheap when you cut corners. You get what you pay for.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint is the place is noisey. Ive been in crowded restaurants before but because of the interior design the noise was tremendous.

I love eating at Railside. I will miss Grand Eats and Sweets because of it being very close to home . But its okay to go in town for Railside and the great same people .❤
