I will start with the positive; the food was great! Now sadly the many negatives; our server didnt seem interested in us at all! We ended up eating most of our food without things we needed since she never came back to check on us. Came with our food and dropped the check off at the same time. Not even going to harp on the issue of the check being wrong . Would have loved to chat with a manger but both of them had much higher priorities chatting with a regular customer. Like I said before the food was great, but the front of the house staff had ZERO interest in customer service.

Watching the cook eat on the line while I do is not very appetizing. Getting served unripe avocados and then being told they all are is poor cooking. Getting a raw baked potato and sending it back and then being brought back out the same potato after it was microwaved is just wrong. Then the cook coming out and eye balling the table complaining about his crappie cooking is rude. The manager was nice except when she forgot she spoke to us about our crappy food and asked at check out how everything was didnt make sense.

The place is so dirty and filthy. There was food on the floor that looked like hadnt been cleaned up for days. The table and booth were dirty. There was dust in the corners of the booth. Totally lost my appetite after going in. But kids wanted to try the food so we stayed. Food wasnt anything special Either. My salad didnt taste fresh. French fries were soggy. Overall- we will never be going back. If seating area is this dirty, I cant imagine how the kitchen looks... yikkeesss!!

I ran across a old friend. I have not seen in 15ish years. This friend has worked for this restaurant for 21 years. He tells me today, he is still making 7.50$ a hour. I am appalled and sickened that the management of this place thinks this is acceptable. I just had breakfast here this morning....and am ashamed that I did. I wont be back. Till this is fixed. This man should be making 11 a hour at least after all this time. He deserves at least that for being this loyal to you.

Perkins is one of my favorite places the food is always wonderful. I usually have a fantastic time while there. Last night Emily was our server, while very pretty and polite you could tell Emily didnt want to work that day.. she made me feel like we were rushed. It took her forever to bring everything.. I had to ask for a refill that I never got. And she tried to over charge us. I will continue to go to Perkins bit I will ask to Not be sat in Emilys section

Wonderful food with great service. Everyone is courteous and very helpful, even during busy times. My breakfast was very enjoyable and well prepared. My server was attentive and ensured my meal was satisfactory and I had everything I needed. A great "Thank you" to the Hanover Perkins and I will definitely be back in again soon.

This is one of those places you can come on a Friday night that isnt packed to the brim with people. Its an extremely laid back environment and the staff is always friendly. I like to try the samplers because you get a lot of food for a decent price. They have excellent baked goods here as well and the breakfast is superb!

We had 2 waitress, as one was training the other. Both girls were very accommodating, and friendly. The food was good ,the place was clean, and very speedy speedy service. They were knoledgable, and made good recommendations. If looking for decent food, good service, and a clean place to eat, we would recommend Perkins.

Perkins is usually an average experience but this location is a little better than that. Their employees are very good, super friendly and cheerful. The food is surprisingly better than other Perkins locations I have been too. And the turn around time on orders is good.

Over Prices food for what you get. My food was horribel the chef was so bad that the managed to burn my corn. waitress was ok not real frendly seemed like there in for the money more than there coustomers experiencees. very disappointed

Perkins is a regular dining spot for me. Food is always good and the service is very good. Everyone is always so friendly and they make you feel very welcome. I do wish they would bring back the French Dip.

Great food, a full menu and great customer service. I work nights so I want dinner style food at breakfast time. I can get burgers or full platters anytime. The desserts are outstanding.

Gave my daughter food poisoning. We even notified the restaurant and the managers only response was "well you cant know that for sure." Avoid the eggs or better yet, eat somewhere else.
