This place does not even deserve a star at all pff especially because the service is really bad and when it comes to asking for what you want, they turn you down from not making the pizza the way you desire let me just say I wanted Italian white sauce and the lady says that she doesnt think that the chef would wanna do all that just to make a pizza like excuse me thats your job make sure he does. How do expect to get any customers by making excuses when in reality your being lazy and ignorant in not giving the customers what they want shoot screw this place Im happy I didnt buy any pizza from here and I never will its also stupid how they charge you just to add banana peppers on the pizza its just so ridiculous I didnt even get charged for that on the LEDOs thats in Georgia ave and I gotta say thats the best LEDOs place Ive ever known dont matter how far it is I give it 5 stars.

I had to give them one star to add my review. This is consistently the worst service ever for a pizza place. I order a pizza over the phone, show up and they never placed the order. Then give me an attitude for wondering where my pizza is at. The last time I tried to order I was placed on hold for 10 MINUTES. Then hung up on after. For the chance of your order not being taken or incorrect its not worth it. HORRIBLE service. There are other Ledo Pizza restaurants to go to. This should never be one of them. Hands down worst pizza experience ever. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. BAN THIS LOCATION. SHOW THEM WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER. Formerly a customer.

Wow 2nd time. I went back. Everybody deserves a secod chance right. Nope. They are under staffed. I went to pick my order up amd the the lady at the counter was packing food. I had to wait 15 min and my food was cold. So the lady at the counter worked the register, waited on the customers and packed food. Unreal stay away. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Had to wait 10 minutes to get help was here to pick up order. The hostess wad on the phone arguing with the customer abut how to place an order. Unprofessional. Will make the extra drive to Kettering.

Two of the six reviews here are quite bad. Show a management/talent problem. As a resident of Cheverly and an occasional customer of Ledo/Cheverly, Id like to see the stores ownership or management address these two reviews since I have noticed a similar attitude problem in that store on occasion. Simply put: WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT? I am about to order two pizzas for my work crews and I dont know which Ledo great professional/super jerk I am going to get. Or, do I go to Papa Johns/Bladensburg where they are all shaky dudes?

This store does not deserve the one star. I placed my lunch order on-line, because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. My order was not ready at pick up time, had to wait another 20 minutes for my food only to come out wrong. Manager offered to replace my order TOMORROW for free. Im all for giving second chances, even a third sometimes. But this place has lost a customer for Good!!!!!

I finally came back to this establishment after months because I got tired of driving to the Forrestville location. Which is farther from my house. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with extra aioli sauce. The cashier put the ticket in correctly because she showed me. I get a chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with no sauce at all!! DRY PIZZA

Depends on who the manager and cook is that day you may get the pizza the way you want. I had a bad experience with the manager and had to wait 20 minutes for the correctly made lite bake pizza. They would get 4 but because the managers and staff different each time I go which makes my experience with worse or better.

The only reason I go here its because its 3 minutes away from my home. But if you have time I will just drive to the next Ledo

Awful service the pizza was not ready on time the cashiers were amazing they had no fault as far as the manager was a jerk offered me a wilted salad in lieu of the weight horrible service will never go there again and telling everyone I know not to go there again

Excellent pizza. Subs are also outstanding as are the french fries. Only negative; check your order before leaving. This location is extremely busy and on occasion, although still good, our pizza has been made with the wrong toppings.
