This Chipotle location is in a strip mall on US-202 northbound with access via traffic light intersection. I didnt think parking was adequate during the lunch-hour rush, especially since there are several popular restaurants within this block. However, I was able to find a parking spot not very far from Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl with chips and guacamole. I thought the food was about average for Chipotle. It probably should be kept a bit warmer in the steam trays but I guess thats the way it is. Also, like all Chipotle restaurants, there wasnt much choice of toppings. Where this Chipotle falls short though is in cleanliness. All the tables and the floor were littered with food scraps. It doesnt look like that they get around to cleaning the dining area during the daytime.

We eat chiptole pretty often and this is the worst chiptole ever. We have given this location multiple chances and they are horrible every time. We are often the only customer in line but it takes them so long to get your burrito prepared that its cold by the time you sit down. I also for a bowl today with next to nothing in it. We will not be returning to this chiptole in the future.

4 stars only because of the one super pretty, blue eyed, and curly haired young girl who was very helpful and really sweet... The other girl with straight dark hair, no so much... She never spoke a word. Though I tried to give a few looks over to include her in the conversation looking for her input.

Was there as soon as the store opened. The food looked like it had been warmed over from the day before but I took a stab at it anyway. Just as I suspected was horrible. Now Im all the way in Dover DE and cant do a damn thing but go get something else to eat. Never shopping there again!

Worst chipotle Ive ever been too. They were completely out of lettuce, service was extremely slow for a very short line, and they only gave me 2 ounces of meat and rice. Not returning Update: I returned. Mistake. Skimped on meat once again...

Slow service. Ordered online, barely any customers were in there yet they still didnt have it ready and looked surprised that I ordered and tried to tell me that it was for 8:30PM but it was for 8:15 and it was 8:25PM. Need better employees

Food is good if you can manage to get someone to help you. I walked out today and went to Zoes instead. When i walked in 3 separate employees saw me, didnt say anything and kept socializing with their coworkers, so i walked right out.

Had high hopes but this is the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. Staff prepared food with very little meat and rice. Took the first bite, the meat was cold, ended up taking food home to reheat and eat. Never returning here again.

I have been here 4 times, I am positive the staff has been stoned 3 of the 4 times. They act lathargic, confused, and are rude. The consistency of the food is the worst I have had from a franchise.
