So... Id really like to support Kings, but unfortunately its on its last leg. It use to be a decent resturant. Throughout the years they have been going very much downhill, but ever since new ownership they have finally reached their lowest. Worst service I have ever had in my life. I was a server for a few years elsewhere, so I can understand a few mistakes now and then, but these were inexcusable mistakes. Almost 45 minutes after we gave our waitress our pretty simple order, we found out she forgot to put our food in. The manager did nothing to help. Nothing was comped off our bill. The food still took an additional 20 minutes to arrive, and the order was a bit messed up. I would be able to see past the service we were given if the manager cared about their customers even a little bit, but the manager didnt even visit our table once or do anything about it. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

This "KINGS FAMILY RESTAURANT" on Rte 8 in the "NORTH TOWNE SQUARE" is a TOTAL DELIGHT. The Waitress that waited on us was Very Good. My Wife and I would take her Mom to the "KINGS" in the WATERWORKS Shopping Center in ASPINWALL. She ALWAYS loved their LUNCH SPECIALS. That RESTAURANT is Closed & Torn Down Now. But, This Rte 8 location has SUPER TASTY Menu Choices & My Wifes Cousin treated us to Dinner bc this was a FAVORITE Stop of hers. The Service was Very Good, The Dinner was Delicious, The Dessert was Even BETTER. The MANAGER On Duty would Stop by the GUESTS Tables & ask about their DINNERS & if they ENJOYED Them. WHICH WE DID. Stop By & ENJOY Whatever You ORDER, I Know You Will.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant. Ive been here about 20 times and I can only remember one bad experience when the service was very slow. Other than that its good. Food is delicious. I recommend their broccoli cheddar soup.

Got the southern style breakfast and was pleasantly surprised how well the meal came together. Our server, "Hammers" was great and was cracking jokes with myself and friends the whole time. She made the experience great.

We have eaten at this location many times in the past, but when we ate there last (July 2010) the food was extremely salty and the carpeting in the dining room was disgustingly filthy. Whats happening?

The waitress was very very kind. Mid meal the manager stopped by and even checked that everything was good and ok. For a first time at a kings I was pleasantly surprised.

Was right at the average mark. Its kings so the standard has been set based on what they serve. This kings was descent! Always had good food and service here.
