My mother and I went to enjoy dinner at 5:30 on Wednesday night. We were seated quickly. The dining room is entirely too dark to read the menu and the table was extremely small. We had, a brisket basket, a glass of wine, a glass of sweet tea, two salads, a cup of soup, a appetizer of mussels, an Ultimate Feast, and a pick three entrée. These all barely fit on the table and we had to keep moving things around. Our server, Emily, was fantastic! She took the time to help my mom read the menu without her feeling like an idiot for not being able to see it. She knew the menu very well, was able make recommendations for my mother and helped create a fantastic meal for her. Emily kept my tea filled, the biskets filled, and checked on us regularly. The food was typical Dardin fare, corporate recipes made in corporate ways but the price was decent for the food received.

Ordered the lobster, shrimp, and scallops with rice pilaf and vegetables. The lobster was undercooked and the entire plate had terrible presentation. The lobster tail was cut in half but was so undercooked you couldnt see the meat and looked very unappetizing. The veggies looked like they were microwaved from the night before. I asked for it without the garlic butter sauce but everything on the plate was drenched in it. Wont go back again.

Every time I go I have wonderful service from the staff, I never order straight from the menu and mix and match my meal from several items and they never give me a hard time! I have a service dog and they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place just for the wait staff alone, even if they didnt have fantastic seafood specials like "All You Can Eat Shrimp" and "AYCE Crab Legs"

Reliably fresh seafood but the entrees tend to be seasoned in a manner that obscures the fish. The best item on the menu, if you are a seafood lover, is just the grilled fish. Everything else is drowned in cheese, cream and seasoning which, if that is what you are in the mood for, is tasty.

Good food but the service could of been better. The girl who waited on use seem to be new at her job but when asked said she has been there for a while. It would be long periods of time where we wouldnt see her and I had to ask other people walking past for help.

U get less for more money. The last lobster I got looked to small to harvest. .VERY SMALL..2 bites , it was gone, but the price was big..I got gift card & dont want to go..its like throwing it a way, have to stop to get something to eat on the way home. ..

Waitress shirt was filthy...... 11:30am and she filthy. I cant believe these places allow ppl to come to work with dirty clothes. She shouldve been sent home. Food was good, crab legs were small though.

Waitress apologized for slow service and it wasnt even slow. She bought us desert and an appetizer. Felt like king and queen. Definitely recommend this Red Lobster. Megan was a wonderful waitress.

The staff is very helpful when it comes to those with celiacs (gluten intolerance). However their gluten free selection is very slim. Overall fair prices and portions.
