Hands down the absolute best coffee shop, period! In a world of over-rated, pretentious, chain coffee shops, the Ugly Mug is a breath of fresh air. Serving up the most amazing in-house roasted coffees, delicious sandwiches, salads and pastries. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting with art from all local artists. This is a must stop for anyone visiting or living in Gettysburg. GO HERE.

Worst coffee shop I have ever been to. The tea had loose leave throughout, wifi was not working, and when I asked if there was an issue the employee behind the counter (large fellow in a gilligan-type hat) yelled at me that he was making food and doesnt have time to worry about it.

Zuzu hit the nail on the head. The worst customer service by the overweight clerk. I asked for a receipt & he replied "Fooorrr?..." He also slammed the coffee mug on the table when handing it to me. Theres tons of other better choices. Dont waste your time or money here.

Watch out! This place will charge you twice with their faulty credit card processing. And then theyll accuse you of lying that you didnt have two of the same dollar amounts back to back in their restaurant within two minutes!

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. Several couches and tables to sit and read or do work. Open a little later than competing coffee shops so its great for all those that like to do work in the evening.
