So Im on a health kick lately and joined an 8-week challenge of fitness and healthy eating. I was craving steamed veggies and shrimps after my intense workout, so I decided to check out this takeout joint. I was concerned that they wouldnt have any since Chinese foods are usually very greasy. Much to my surprise! I checked out the back of their menu and found their diet menu on the bottom of the page. I was very glad to see this option. I ordered the steamed shrimp with steamed vegetables, brown rice, no salt, no oil and sauce on the side. I used the sauce to dip lightly on my dish, so it was very healthy. This restaurant offers a lot of great dishes, unfortunately I cannot have, but Im glad they offer healthier alternatives. The food was nice and hot, basic Chinese food and good. They delivered and were super fast! And I forgot to ask for sweet and sour sauce, but they gave me a big bowl of it. So overall they were great!
