I find it odd to read complaints about rudeness. I order delivery from here all the time and never once experienced anything bad. The experience is exactly what you should expect from a Chinese restaurant. If, perhaps, you are expecting more than that... like to be treated like youre Queen Elizabeth... maybe you should be eating at a fine dining restaurant or having your butler wait on you hand and foot with a servant mentality. I think the complaints about this restaurant are ridiculous and most likely from ignorant and self-important "american" people who expect everyone to follow their personal cultural standards, even when ordering ethnic food. [just to be clear, im white and american and have lived here my whole life] As for the food, its exactly what I want in Chinese food. If you havent tried the Crab Rangoon appetizer , its a must.

Very rude service over the also on delivery to my job. Called me 2 times within 3 minutes to rush up to get the order and it wasnt cen my food I got I just gave him what I was handed and pressed me fr a tip asked me for 1$-2$ he wasnt gonna give me my food unless I gave him a tip. Very rude if you ask mei know thats how they make their money but dont try to hold someones lunch thats already paid for because theirs no tip....never again will I order from this place

I used to eat from various Chinese restaurants alot this was my favorite in Easton, but then I got sick about 3 years ago. Today Im eating some Chinese for the first time in a long long time.....every bite taste like they have not washed Dishes in a long long time, Money matters not the people lemme do some Matemáticas for ya MERICAN Style NO PEOPLE EQUALS NO MONAYYYY!! Clean it up or clear it out yall used to care get it back its time to care again

The food is good, and ready for pickup fast. Their customer interaction and communication is not as polished as some of the businesses we are used to dealing with, so I can see where some people might interpret this as rudeness. They do have a child working the counter occasionally. If you are a regular, he tells you what you want to eat. This was cute for a while. All in all, its good fast food.

Me and my husband love this place!! We order all the time. The little boy behind the counter is so cute and always remembers us. Love the fried dumplings. I see the comments about the rude lady and I can see where this comes from and I do believe shes being misunderstood. Yes shes quick and short but they are usually very busy and she likes to get down to business, nothing wrong with that.

This place is terrible. I dont even write reviews but this place has the rudest people working so I had to. Absolutely no respect for the customers. People might say you get what you pay for but no customer deserves that kind of service. McDonalds do bettter. They probably spit in your food if you take too long to order.

Worst customer service around. food was alright, but they lost my Business for good. When I went in the lady taking orders was very rude. When I called for delivery the guy who came was rude. Like what kind of place is this. If the owner sees this they needs to get a new staff ASAP. Never ORDER FROM HERE!

Family favorite, everyone in our house loves this place, staff is great and helpful, better than the old family favorite from NYC - Empire Szechuan on E. Bway.. too bad it closed down in mid 2ks.. to make way for a fancy DAgostino..
