Server was excellent and the atmosphere was ok, but thats where the good stops. Everything on the menu sounded delicious but unfortunately they couldnt execute. Spinach and artichoke flatbread was doused in balsamic glaze when it wasnt even noted in the description that came on it. Considering thats a very strong flavor it should be noted in the item description. My boyfriend hates balsamic so we had to send it back for one without it. New one came out completely burnt. Then my sandwich (caprese panini) arrived and was a warm roll with ice cold mozzarella cheese and tomatoes in it, along with balsamic glaze (this time it was noted in the item description) and one leaf of basil in tact, not chopped and sprinkled on the sandwich. The hand cut fries wouldve been a great addition since most restaurants serve frozen fries, but they were not cooked all the way through. When I mentioned the panini was cold the server said other patrons had complained about that too but the cook said thats how its supposed to be. I explained a panini is supposed to be pressed and grilled and he said they dont have a press and the cook said the cheese and tomatoes are supposed to be cold. Cinsidering there are several panini items on the menu perhaps a name change is in order since they dont actually serve paninis. My boyfriend ordered the pesto pasta which he didnt even eat as it had no flavor. Unfortunately it seems this corner will once again be home to an abandoned building as I cant see this place surviving based on the food. We overheard the people at the table behind us say they didnt like the food either.

Our party of four went to The Pourhouse AmericanGrille on Saturday The 16th of January, 2016 at 6 PM. We were seated immediately. The room was very cool to cold. The waitress took our order and presented the food and each of us enjoyed the presentation and the food was very good including the salad that I had. The room was not completely full but, it was extremely noisy in there and we couldnt have a normal conversation. Perhaps if they had some noise deadening curtains or material of some sort in there to absorbe some of the sound and had the temperature above 65 degrees it would have been a more enjoyable dinner. Even Senator Swank and guest were seated, first next to a door, and then moved, probably due to the cold room but possibly also the loud noisy conversation to a better location. The food, as I stated was very good and the service was very good, but the coldness of the room and the extremely noisy conditions took away from the experience.

Wife and I had lunch here (steak tip sandwich and a Rachel respectively). The food was delicious, fresh and well presented. I had heard that the service was slow, however ours was quite quick for a Saturday afternoon. We both had drinks (Mai Tai & Belgian Ale) and our bill was about $35. Yes, it may be a little pricey but if they keep up their service and maintain the clean, pleasant atmosphere well be back again either with family or friends. The ONLY drawback that I can think of its getting out of the parking lot with the traffic along the intersection. Otherwise its a nice place to hang out with friends/family and have a bite to eat and a couple of drinks. Well done Pourhouse keep up the good work!

Had the mediteranian with veal ... a 10! The Caesar side salad with just the right amount of anchovies and shaved cheese....another 10! Finally, the martini recommended by bartender Rich, sparkling French just the right amount of sweet...bodka, rasberry, pineapple juice topped w champagne...great! Looking forward to next visit as I found a few more entres That made my mouth water just reading the ingredients!

For the area, this restaurant is pretty good. The lunch Pick 2 option was a good size and the salad was fine, but I found the chili to be very watery and the unsweetened tea had an odd flavor. Also, due a small soup and salad, the service was very slow. If you have other options, the place might just be better as a bar. They looked to have a large selection of beers on tap.

The sirloin filet was dry and grainy (medium) and the loaded baked potato was overcooked and dry. Sent the entire meal back and the replacement was just as disappointing. The server was very attentive, however. He took the meal off our bill, which we appreciated. My wife had lobster tail which was good. I would not go back.

Great food and service! Tuesday is bottomless seafood and they have the most flavorful mussels. Clams were tasty and the shrimp in Old Bay Seasoning were great. Also have been there for a la carte dining and had a great meal. Can get a bit noisy when dining room is full.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I drive over 30min just for their Parmesan Peppercorn Wings! All house made sauces and dressings. Pour house Pub Pretzel is excellent appetizer. Great restaurant with a creative and well throughout menu.
