I love this restaurant, one of my favorites. The only problem I ever had was with this redhead who works there, shes the daughter of the owner, she exclaimed that to me when I asked for a manager. Im not sure of her name (she either rings us up for our bill, she also seats people around lunch time, Ive noticed) this girl only has manors towards certain customers. She yelled at my mama the other day for wanting to tip our favorite waitress personally, while our waitress was in the back... She snapped and said, "JUST LEAVE IT ON THE TABLE!" She actually ruined my day and had no regrets about it. Every time I use two cards as payment on one bill, shes uptight as if Im wasting her time, tapping my cards, making loud sighs, so rude, indescribable. She needs a new job, minimum wage at McDonalds maybe. Im rather insulting Mcdonalds employees referring this woman to work there. Everyone else, including the food, service, everything, absolutely AMAZING. 5 stars. Everyone else is so pleasant and friendly.

Came in before the Eric Church show hoping for a quick bite and a drink, and was greatly disappointed. The whole place appeared to be extremely understaffed. We waited for 30 minutes for drinks (still waiting as I write this). The service staff seemed almost inconvenienced by the notion of having guests.

Great place for a quick sit-down lunch or dinner. Relatively inexpensive for the quality of the food. Great place to eat before a hockey game. Its cheaper, and you get better food than inside the arena. Within walking distance from the arena too (a block away), so you only have to park once

The service is fast. The people are nice. Neat name. It is a so-so deli with extra seating. That is about it. The prices are average for lunch in Reading, but I do not think it is a value. They skimp on ingredients (quantity and quality). The food is just alright. Nothing special.

My husband chose Dans at Green Hills restaurant because he loves duck . At Dans we can get Duck Duo served over polenta with a cherry reduction and carrot slivers. We both had the duck and for an appetizer we both had Baked Escargot. It was truly delicious with garlic butter!

Had lunch there today, seemed to be a burden to the wait staff who spent very little time with me, no follow-up ect. Ill find another place to eat in Reading from now on.
