Very average, and epitomizes everything that is wrong about Starbucks - bland and dark interior, no recycling, bad music playing too loud ( too loud to work - no wonder this place always seems empty), and staff that seem harassed and are more focused on the drive-thru than customer service. Pretty miserable experience both times Ive visited unfortunately. Will stick to independents.

Ive never been a huge Starbucks fan but this location converted me. Its right down the street from my work and I started going because its super convenient. The staff goes out of their way for you every time and there is rarely a line, inside or at the drive through. Not all Starbucks locations make you want to go back but this one does. Highly recommend it if youre in the area.

This Starbucks is fantastic! The staff here are always friendly even when they are very busy and have never ever gotten an order wrong! Top notch place to get some Starbucks coffee and meet up with friends of business clients. I spoke too soon, the staff have gotten my order wrong a few times now, however, they always make it right so 5 STARS!

I went here on 7/28/17 and I went through the drive thru. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 out of the 3 were not what I ordered. The lack of positive attitude that I got from the lady who was working the window was amazing. They have the simpilest job and I understand that you will have good and bad days at work but that was unacceptable.

This is a reserve store Starbucks so it has the special single origin coffee is at other places dont. You can get these coffees made in a clover and I highly recommend doing that. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If you have a question about the coffee, they seem very knowledgeable.

Everyone who works the morning shift are always friendly, sadly the same cannot be said for the girls who work Sunday evenings. Always rude and have no personality. Also they should not get annoyed simply because someone asks for a glass of water. Definitely not good customer service.

The last 5 times i have been there for ice coffee have been horrible. Its like drinking sugar milk and when you ask to have more coffee put it it taste watered-down. Not happy with this location Fruitville pike location make better drinks!!

Its a Starbucks so its overpriced coffee. Usually the drink I order tastes OK but Ive definitely seen a lot of variances in the strength of the different flavors of the same drink. Im not sure if its the difference in barristas or what.
