When I first went to this place a year ago everything was excellent- food, service, coffee, but this morning I was disgusted. I ordered a steak egg cheese biscuit with a boston cream doughnut and a coffee, the girl who handed me my food was very friendly but after I had pulled around I took a drink of my coffee and it had a horrible burnt taste. I turned back around and very nicely told the manager that my coffee had a strong burnt taste and she acted like it was somehow my fault, though she still replaced it. It still tasted kinda burnt but I didnt say anything and headed home. Halfway home and I got to my sandwich and realized that it was a bacon egg and cheese with burnt egg, and now Ive tried the doughnut and it was dried and tasted kind of burnt as well. Step up your game Tim Hortons, you used to be my favorite breakfast/coffee stop.

It is only for the people working in Military and you need Military ID to pass through the gate to enter Tim Hortons. My humble request is to update the Tim Hortons Location with a clause for Military only. I got to know only when I entered the gate and Gate officer escorted me out. My wife and I love Tim Hortons coffee, it would be good if it is outside the Military Base, so it can be accessed by public.

No offense to the Military or their Families. I love our Military that is the reason why out country is so great! But why Tim Hortons why? Why would you be so Ignorant to the Public by putting a Tim Hortons on a military base (knowing that the base is only accessible to military and military families)? This gives me no access because Im not in the military or am not in the military.

customers are going from register to register looking to order because everyone is off doing other things, had to go back and ask for my cup after they didnt didnt give it to me with my sandwich. Its decent food though.

Nice place with excellent short order menu. Best for breakfast / brunch. A little hard to get to being on Naval Station Norfolk. Happy employees and excellent service.

Food is good, service awful. Got my order completely wrong. Also gives your order to other people. Really slow. Workers are lazy. Just all around very poor service.

The drive thru is incredibly slow and seem to lack understanding of customer service. I waited over 15 mins to move a car length closer to getting my order.
