If I could give no star and write this review I would. However, I went to this establishment with friends and family after hearing such good things about the food and fun they had. They patronize this restaurant every time they are in the area and always send business their way. So of course you would be excited to try out this place the have spoken highly of. Unfortunately, my experience left a lasting impression which prompted me to write this review. Prior to our arrival we called twice to confirm they would be able to accommodate us because it was a large group. Once we arrived and our party was coming through the door, we received looks but I said maybe they are just surprised to see such a large party. We we taken to the "Market area" where you can purchase beer and etc to sit at the tables. Some were not happy with the area however we understood this may be the only place they had at the moment to accommodate about 30 adults and children. As we were trying to get the children settled at one table and others where getting seating the waitress by the name of Joann began to yell at our party saying "Sit down sit down". Several adults were next to and in front of her mentioned she did not need to yell and that we were in the process of taking a seat. To try and make things easy, my friends mother who frequents this establishment, went to Joann our waitress and said "I would like to start ordering to make this easy for you." The waitress again yelling says, "I cant take orders until everyone is seat". Mind you we were not in this restaurant 5 minutes when this all occurred. In a calm tone my friends mother said, "They are trying to get their children seated and I would like to start ordering so we can make this easy for you." Joann states, "well how will yall be doing this because we cant take a bunch of payments and etc. How are you planning to pay". Now after that statement I was ready to leave. You do not ask a customer how will they be paying before they receive service. Its rude, unprofessional, and your implying 1 I cant pay or 2 you think I am going to skip the bill. Despite the feeling that most of our party was unhappy, my friends mother still wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and the wings she told us about all day. So she proceeded to try and order again. She said "I would like to start ordering. May I have 6 orders of your Bourbon wings, 6 orders of your Garlic Parmesan...." and was interrupted by the waitress who asked, "you want 6 wings or 6 orders which is 6 dozen?" After this several people in our party began to walk out in disgust. We told the waitress never mind we would be leaving and she yells in a laughing tone, "Well Bye". As a customer I find this treatment to be disgusting. I frequent a lot of establishments and when your customer service is bad or a customer is treated unfairly, I make it my business to let the company and potential customers know about my experience. I hope others are not subjected to this rude and unprofessional behavior if they choose to come to this restaurant. I will let all my friends, family, co-workers, and whomever else will listen to NOT SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE. Although this situation felt as if it would of been different if it was a different group of 30 people that walked through the door, I seriously hope it was just a case of a "bad day". But I doubt it...Visit was on March 17, 2017

Lets start from the top. Upon entry we (me, wife and 2yr old son) waited at the front as the sign said to be seated. After 5 min the hostess who was packing out beer showed up to bring us to a table. We decided to go with the appetizer sampler and tomato & mozzarella. The sampler came with calamari (very chewy), Onion rings (super greasy), mozzarella sticks (3 of them had no cheese inside) and buffalo wings (decent). The waitress disappeared at one time for 20min. The topper for me was getting the check and seeing I was charged for the extra sauce I asked for. I asked for extra sauce as we received one small cup of marinara sauce for the calamari and mozzarella sticks. One little cup and $2 charge for more sauce. I live locally and wanted to check this place out for a couple of months now. Needless to say I dont see myself returning.

Came here to watch Sunday night football (9/14/14), (SEA/SD, Seahawks lost, stupid Seagulls). The place has lots of TVs and good beer prices ($4 for Sam Adams). Sat at a tall table for over an hour and never had service, went to the bar to get my beer. The waitress (Pitts #43 jersey) waited on the guy at the end of the table, two seats away but never even looked at me. The owner/manager was hovering around my table while watching the game and never noticed that my glass was empty or that the 200 pound incompetent waitress was not checking on me. I like the place for watching football games but the service is the absolute worst. I cant comment on the food because I never saw a menu so I could order.

If I could give a negative # I would. Waited 1 hour to get a salad. We were told that they had a party of 16 that caused the grill to back up 15 to 20 min. No problem. People sitting behind us got their food, paid their bill, and left while we still did not have our main course. A New York strip cooked medium doesnt take 1.5 hours to cook. The group that sat in front of us had issues as well and asked for the manager. The manager, if you call it that, was confrontational and offered no resolution, didnt even offer to comp us a dessert or seemed like they cared. Asked for the check and left. Do not ever go to that place, not sure how they stay in business. Happy Anniversary to me and my wife.

JUDY was a completely terrible waitress. The utter disregard and lack of respect that it simply takes to appease the customer was beyond her. Be prepared to have her add automatic gratuity to your check, whether you have 3 or 4 or 6 people. She would not allow any flexibility in the ordering or check, to help allow with more than one more paying the check. We will never return and you shouldnt waste your time on sub par overpriced bar food with terrible service.

First time visit. I had wings to start the. the menu made them sound extremely hot but they werent that hot. Spicy yes . And delicious. I had a burger . It was cooked perfect and the bun was to die for. Crispy fries were a 10. My wife had shrimp scampi over pasta. Large portion and she said it was some of the best she has had in a Iong time. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back to try some more food.

My wife and I went here for our 25th wedding anniversary. First time here. I ordered the full rack of ribs, she had the strip steak. Mine was far from "Fall off the bone". I chewed on it and still couldnt get the all the meat off. The center was cold too. Hers was over cooked and fatty to boot. I really dont think we will be back. It seems to be more local "bar" attitude too.
