My family and I used to stop at this restaurant every few months when traveling through the area. The past two times we were there the service was extremely slow and the flies were a real problem. Our entire meal we had to keep swatting the flies off our food. When I got home I called the manager and he apologized and states that the flies were a problem this year even though they put fly traps outside and spray every day. If you are planning of stopping here you may want to rethink if it is in fly season.

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT! My parents & I stopped at this restaurant on Sunday - Fathers Day. We were very pleased with the excellent food & service. The staff is super friendly and attentive! There are a wide variety of menu choices, and they also offer gluten-free options. The prices are very reasonable too. The restaurant is clean, and has a country-style atmosphere. Thanks for the great experience. We will definitely return!

Staff was always really friendly but some of the foods are a bit greasy even when I asked for no butter on the bread. I ate here every day and one day I found to my strange surprise that they had increased the menu price. This happened twice in the course of 1 week. I hope it wasnt a coincidence. I havent been eating there every day any more in any case. But its a good place to eat at now and then.

The baked haddock special was fantastic and the creamy potato salad very good. The Pittsburgh burger looked awesome and was huge. Very nice people every time we come in. The ice cream is local made and very good. Especially on the grilled cinnamon bun. Oh my to die for. Most the pies are homemade too and very good. Peanut butter pie. No chocolate in it. Fantastic!!

A great start to a day of fun and adventure. Biscuits & gravy were hometown delicious. Kay, our server, was genuinely kind and friendly. I wish I had seen the fresh baked apple dumplings before I stuffed myself on traditional breakfast foods. I may have to stay here until lunch. Thanks for being part of my day!

The waitress Didnt even told me to sit down had to wait I was there for 10 min standing until I asked.her. on top of that Bad food. Burned. Never again. When I had to pay no one was at the register so I had to wait again. Just bad service..

Another great small town diner. Good prices, excellent food and big servings. Had the fish tacos, steak salad, and regular salad. All were good. Service was prompt and courteous. The desert, chocolate cake, was enough for three of us to split.

In my opinion, this place has some of the best food in the Susquehanna river valley! The quality of the food is great, the facilities are nice and clean, and prices arent too high. I would definetley recommend stopping here to eat.

Good place for breakfast. Servers are friendly and prompt. Home fries are real freshly sliced potatoes and not at all greasy. Veggie omelet had fresh tasting broccoli, tomatoes, and plump mushrooms. Very pleased.

Surprisingly good food for a diner off the side often highway. Family ran establishments are usually a good place for food. Only knock on the Diner is the low staff but other than that its good place to stop at.

Food is very good for the most part...some of the chicken dishes are tough and stringy...odds are cooked to fast...told them but have been back and it has not changed. Wait staff changes a lot...in no hurry.

Get stop for breakfast. Fresh Clean. Waitress paid special attention to doneness of eggs and replaced an overcooked one. Will definitely come back on our return trip for lunch. Desserts look fantastic
