First time ordering from Primos Downingtown in about a year. Sad to say it went downhill!!! Rolls are like ROCKS!!! Not half the amount of meat as before. For spending almost $90 on hoagies to say we were disappointed, is putting it lightly. Also, guy taking the order did not get our sandwiches right!! Very disappointed. Save your money!!

My experience at this Primo location has been nothing but a positive one. Believe me I go to Primo for lunch WAY more than I should. I am a primo fiend. This location, as well as, the Exton location are the 2 that I have had the best experiences with. The owner & staff seems to be just as passionate about his products as I am.

Ordered two sandwiches one is missing the dressing and coleslaw, the other has no lettuce tomato or any of the sides we requested. Drive the extra ten minutes to Exton or Eagle downingtown primo is a black eye in an otherwise awesome franchise.

The best hoagie you can find in the area!!!! Primos ROCKS. So glad they are finally near my home. Service was great, sandwich made to perfection, and they have a very clean store. Try them. You will never go anywhere else.

Hard rolls! Nothing like other Primos that I have been to. I love Primo Hoagies but was terribly disappointed at this particular locations sandwiches. Less meat then other locations and the rolls were like bricks!!!

I wouldnt consider this the best Primos franchise I have visited. The kids working were trying their best to keep up with a dinner time rush but it was a losing battle. The turkey Diablo I had wasnt very Diablo.

Love a Primo s hoagie but this location seems to have difficulty getting orders right. On two occasions Ive received hoagies with wrong or missing ingredients.
