Poorly-run and NOT for which the Philly area has come to love about this local hoagie franchise. Greasy hand-smudges cover the entire entrance door (dirty! Yuck!) and the county personnel are (stoned?) earring & tattooed morons that can barely pronounce the word "Hoagie". At most Primo locations, the seeded semolina rolls are "fresh" (its all about the roll), but the last 3 times at ordered from this place, the roll was "spongy" (stale) as in one-day-old. The "long hots" (which cost extra) were BURNT (ie. "black") and had no taste other than "charcoal". $20 for a spongy, charcoal-flavored, grimy experience was and is a turn-off. New ownership change, please! Thanks for listening...

Great food long time customer. Ive had a couple bad run ins with a certain staff member, i was in there last friday and this larger set black woman took my order she was not very friendly and tried to rush me through my order this is not the first time i had a bad experience with her. All of the other staff members i have dealt with have been very polite and curteous. this has discouraged me from coming back i hope something can be done about this.

Good service. Good hoagie as you expect from Primos. Only two things: You look like your eating a Fred Flintstone sandwich if they dont cut it and makes it unwieldy to handle. The other thing is it was kind of dirty. I been in many sandwich shops and its not fine dining, but compared to other Primos.

Dirty store run by a college kid that wears skinny jeans. Health department should shut it down and probably will soon. Dining atmosphere less than desirable unless you like offensive rap music and listening to employees brag about their jail sentences.

The worst Primos ever! Staff is incompetent and the Owner is clueless. The Hoagies are inconsistent everytime its ridiculous! No wonder why the downtown West Chester location closed Also WTF is with the long hots, they are not supposed to be black!

Great hoagies!!!! But, I just called to ask if they deliver and the kid said a minimum of $40 dollars for the order and they want a days notice!!!! Are you kidding me!!! I dont even know what Im having for dinner 2 hours before hand. Ridiculous!

My first visit to a PrimoHoagie shop and I found the service good and the food better. The meat and the bread were so fresh that I will definitely return. Also the store was very clean.
