Smokin Bull Shack did not disappoint! Great location, nice tables to sit at while eating, nice staff, and tasty food. I got the special which was a prime rib sandwich- craving it right now! I will be going back again when in the area. Love the food truck scene- awesome to see one in Coopersburg!

Fantastic food truck located behind the Inside Scoop in Coopersburg. The BBQ is fantastic and you have to try the Burnt Ends! Theyre not on the menu but if you ask for the they just might have some!

Seriously the BEST BRISKET in the area! The meat is smokey and still moist, full of flavor even without bbq sauce. The owner is friendly, and the prices are fair.

I was driving back home when I spotted this food truck, im glad we stopped in. Everything was good. Very friendly spot. Try the jalapeno mac and cheese Ball.
