Love the new update with the kiosks to place your order. And one of the staff was quick to help when I was confused about the items on the order pick up. The food is always tasty, and I always get the impression that Im eating healthy, even though I had bacon, cheese and some yummy pastries. So thanks Panera - Im glad to be fooled about that in this case!

Saturday had their Lobster Roll and it was tasteless. 19 bucks for a sandwich with little flavor is not what I expect. AND my wife had a grilled cheese with tomato. How do you not make a great grilled cheese. It was just thrown together. I normaly have a good meal here but today they failed big time.

Panera in Whitemarsh, PA didnt have any panera. You cant name your store bread and not have any. $23 for a spoon full of tuna and some green bacon on another sandwich. Soup was the only acceptable part of the meal. Did I mention they didnt have any bread?!

First of all, the cashier at the front was very nice and helpful. I didnt have much knowledge of the Pick 2 deal, but she literally walked me through. My food was then gotten ready very quickly - I didnt wait long at all. Thumbs up.

Employees are incompetent. Every time I do rapid pick up they seem to be unable to make a caramel latte. Its almost as if they know they can get away with being lazy. Want refund for 4 lattes. Will be going to Starbucks from now on.

Standard coffee shop / sandwich bakery type shop. Always disappointed by the sandwiches but the bread you get with the salad and soup is great. 1/2 salad seems almost as big as the full so do half salad half soup i think

I live 20 minutes from Panera, and it is definitely worth the drive! The bagels are delicious for breakfast, and I love the soups and salads for lunch. The staff is friendly and service is quick!

Love this place. Food is great and the place is clean and quiet. My last visit, it was raining, the power went off. My order got mixed up, I was reimbursed and I enjoyed my meal for free.

The food is legit good. Had an autumn harvest soup with a turkey sandwich on a fresh, and I mean fresh, cranberry bread. Best lunch Ive had in a while and Im at restaurants constantly.
