So gross I walked out. I was shocked that a new place was so dirty and unorganized. I stopped by (really craving Chipotle but not wanting to drive 20 minutes) to check it out. It was 7:30pm on Monday. 2 people in front of me, one hairy person behind the counter....long hair hanging everywhere (uggh). Unorganized and struggling. Finally 2 others came out from the back but just moved in ultra slow motion and then stood there. Nobody smiling or acknowledgement that I was there. The counter and where the food was looked messy and dirty and all over the place. I lost my appetite, gave up and walked out. Wont return. Will drive the 20 minutes next time.

I love this place for quick Mexican food with my family I have a 3 and a 6 year old its easy fast and always good food. Its a toss up on flavor from Cali tort, Moes, and Chipotle all depends on my mood BUT I dont prefer Qudoba over the rest just for menu selection. Just like most fast food the staff turns over fairly regularly although they are always nice and attentive shows that it is ran well by the manager. I like the food my kids love going there and it doesnt hurt my wallet are the reasons for my score

Great food and great employees the GM always has a smile on his face and their cooks are amazing the person running the register was friendly I got everything I wanted quickly and was very very satisfied definitely give it two thumbs up and would recommend it to anybody had a bad experience at one of the store before which put me down on the place but this store has definitely changed my perspective

I was a loyal customer of Qdoba... until now... I asked for some extra hot sauce, and I was told that I must pay an extra dollar. What a joke. Spoke to the Store Manager and I was told it was a corporate policy. Well its my policy to tell as many fellow Mexican food lovers about a bad corporate policy that needs to change.

Unfortunately a very rude staff with extremely good food. Ive been going here since theyve opened but the management is MIA and the staff is just a bunch of young kids who try to close 2 hours early and give you attitude for ordering. Even contacted management and nothing

Not a big fan. The food always seems very bland for what is supposed to me exciting Mexican fare. Its on the cheaper side of restaurants in the the Town Center so people go there for that but Id rather eat at wegmans unless I really really really want guacamole
