I wont bother going near this Taco Bell ever again. Whoever chose this location in Dickson City and designed the parking lot/drive thru set up should be fired! There is always a line wrapped around the building and out onto the road, blocking traffic. The first month after it opened, I tried hitting the drive thru after a movie to get a soda (11:30 pm). I pulled up to the window and ordered, then sat for over 20 minutes, blocked in the drive thru lane, before getting to the window! Next time the drive thru was out onto the road, so I drove around and went inside. Still waited 10 minutes for 1 mini quesadilla and a soda, and the ice machine was broke! Then I couldnt even get out of the lot, again because the drive thru was backed up blocking the exit.

Convieniant place . Service slow !!! I came about a month ago & waiting behind the speaker (2cars ahead of me), for ten plus minutes. Waited behind the window for fifteen minutes , and another ten minutes at the window . Then when we got to the window, the cashier, whom looked like a manager, ripped off his headset, and answered his phone! Who trained them ? I work at fast food and I know its overwhelming, but this was straight up rediculous. Do they even have time restrictions to follow ?? If so, how are they not shut down all ready ? So disappointed . Get it together.

Lets get this out of the way. This place is BUSY! This Taco Bell sits off of Commerce Blvd and is almost always serving one of the tens of thousands of cars that pass by daily. The place at times is understaffed leading to long lines. But considering the conditions; the very good, friendly staff here can plow through dozens of orders in a short time frame, keeping your drive thru wait time below 5 minutes 99 percent of the time. If the line is long I advise going inside and carrying out your food.

The other reviewers are clearly exaggerating the time in the drive through. I have been to this location four times now (1x at like 11PM, 2x for lunch at around noon, and 1x for dinner around 5PM) never had to wait more than 3-5 min. The food is well put together it seems like the people there care (much better than the Clarks Summit location which can be hit or miss). Great friendly service. Great food!

I keep wanting this place to do me right but they never do. Ive tried all forms of ordering and every time I ask to have something removed from a sandwich or taco or anything EVEN ICE. They dont follow any requests its like they skip reading entirely. Ive been in the fast food business myself and this is unacceptable. I will not be going here ever again. Neither should you.

I have to admit, pretty happy about this new store. Before I was going over to Clarks Summit which isnt far but was relatively annoying to deal with traffic wise sometimes. Been to this taco bell a few times now and the service is definitely better, though I just hope that lasts beyond the grand opening.

Id maybe its just me but dropping the f bomb behind the counter because the drive though line is so long is not a good excuse. Im also in retail and deal with customers theres many ways to approach the situation and thats not one. O wait now I found out her boyfriend is here lol....kids

Overall quick service. Clean and well kept. They have always gotten my complex order correct. Great place to grab food when other places are usually closed. When in a rush, definitely a good choice in the Dickson City area.

Foods good service is as slow as #uck waited over 20 minutes for three tacos. Probably not their fault because they were probably told to keep the drive thru moving because it backs up into the highway and creates a hazard.

I placed a large order a few days ahead. When I arrived for pick up, the order was ready, they helped me take everything to my car and stocked a bag full of the different sauces. Great helpful and friendly service!
