My experience was very poor. My wife and I walked in and sat down at the bar to order a drink. We sat at the bar for about 10 minutes and one bar tender walked by us 6 times and she never even made eye contact, said hello or offered us menus. Another bar tender walked by us once and also did not acknowledge us. We saw an empty table in the bar area and decided to move there. We were quickly greeted and had orders placed. After placing our drink orders it took at least another 10 minutes to get our drinks during which time the waitress came back twice to apologize for the time it was taking. We also ordered some queso to go with the chips and when it arrived the table the food said to us "Did you guys order this queso?" Which I felt was not very professional way to deliver food. To top it off that queso tasted burnt. Once we had our drinks they were also not very good. I orders a jalapeño margarita and and I could not even tell it had jalapeño in it and it was too sweet. My wife ordered a fruit flavored one and she said it tasted sour and tasted of low grade tequila. When we asked for the manager to come out listened to my story and then proceeded to male excuses about how he is only in this location once per week which only made the experience worse. At the end if the day in will never go back to this location and will likely never try any Margaritas location.

Terrible experience. We just went to Margaritas for my sisters birthday. Our waitress was nice and really tried and the guacamole was good. Thats where it ends. My margarita came unmixed and flavorless. I sent it back and the manager came to apologize and said " I could have told you it would not have been good." Well okay. Then we order dinner and wait and wait and wait. My husband asks for a refill on his coke. Food comes and my vegitarian sister gets the wrong dish. The kitchen manager comes and apologizes and the birthday girl watches us eat. My husband finally gets a refill. My sisters food comes and there is nearly no filling. She eats it anyway. My brother in law receives his grilled chicken. And I am not exaggerating when I say it smelled like a backed up toilet. It goes back because the waitress thinks it is the sauce. We are all finished eating waiting for my brother in laws food. It finally comes and again smells like sewer and it is grilled chicken with nothing on it! We send it back and ask for the check. He will not get any dinner. We pay, minus the cost of the chicken and drink. No discount no manager comes with a coupon and asks us to come back. Nothing. Horribly run!

I would like to give margaritas a five star but here is my issue.. when they arent busy the drinks are pretty good but forget ordering and spending your money on a drink if they are busy because I promise you it will taste horrible.. Also BE CAREFUL! They will not flag you and they will over serve you.. I almost died one night cause Ive never had a margarita before(and they taste good! When they make them right) and didnt realize the ones they were serving me were a double shot of tequila and I had four! I am five feet tall!!! Thats 8 shots of tequila I was given! I honestly had no clue that was how they made them.. annnyyway back to more reason I cant give a 5 star rating.. some of the servers are strait C words and it ruins my experience every time. They are always irritated about something and its very visible.. the food CAN be good but only when its slow if its busy dont waste your time.

No sweet tea, strike one. The quality of the chips is worse than a bag of Tostidos-not restaurant quality-awful...and way, way, way over-salted. I ordered steak and chicken fajitas, thats a $17 lunch. The veggies were barely cooked, onions almost raw. However, the steak was blackened and as chewy as leather. The chicken was actually cooked perfectly. The refried beans were tasteless. The sides, particularly the stringy shredded cheese, were all horrible. Its not pico, just diced up tomatoes. When my food arrived, I asked my server for a plate, so I could make the fajitas on. She came back with a plate that looked like it was retrieved from a dirty bin, and she just dumped the food off, and came around the corner and handed it to me. I included a photo of the dirty plate she gave me. I would never go back here.

Very disappointed. We went in at 1:15pm with a party of seven, there were less than 20 other patrons in the resteraunt and that is figuring high. It took over 10-15 minutes to be seated, but to be fair we were warned there was a wait. Then when we were seated not one staff member acknowledged us for for about 15 minutes and mind you we were seated by a kitchen entrance that two seperate waitresses passed through a few times. At that point we decided to leave and continue on with our day. Very disappointed, from what I understand that is not the norm for this place, but I will more than likely never go back on account of todays service.

The menu is interesting -- some typical items and some fun and adventurous ones. We ordered the street corn, one of our favorite things at other restaurants, and it was cold. My meal, Tios Mexican Combo, arrived on a plate that was so hot that I could barely go near it. The food on it (chicken enchilada, chicken chimichanga, chicken burrito) was tasty and I appreciate the Tapatio on the table (my favorite hot sauce). They have a fine selection of Jarritos sodas, which also makes me happy. The best part of the meal, though, was our waitress, Megan. She was friendly, attentive, and anticipatory of our needs. Id go back just for her!

Me and my girls stopped in to celebrate two of the five of us, birthday! The nachos and salsa were great! The only minor complaint I would say is the waitress not bringing us water before we asked! Other than that she was amazing and didnt get any points deducted because I do understand it was a busy Friday evening! All the food was amazing, the staff were polite, welcoming and attentive! We made reservations and I was seated as soon as I told them we had arrived! And, by the way, the margaritas are BANGING!!! For those who dont understand the slang, they are AMAZING! And the song they sang for the birthday girls was cute!

This was a very disappointing dinner. The restaurant was empty when we dined here. Our server gave us chips and salsa and promptly returned with drinks. Our food came out very hot. That was where the good ended. The food was not good at all. My enchilada meal was covered with an overcooked brown sauce and the chicken inside had gristle. The taco tasted worse than taco bell. The food was not fresh in any way. After we finished eating we waited 15 minutes for our server. She apologized when she returned and said that she got stuck working at the bar. This was our first and last visit.
