I wish I could rate them better. I had read about their sushi buffet and decided to spend a bit more than I typically do at the local buffets that offer sushi (China Grill and Diversity in Exton). When we entered the restaurant we were not greeted, there was nobody at the front desk. One couple was obviously waiting for seating and was seated in the lobby area, one man was standing waiting for take out. All of the waiters/staff ignored us. After about 5 minutes someone came out with the take out, got paid, then she turned around and left without saying a word to me (I was standing right in front of her). All the staff ignored us though we were obviously standing right in front of the cashier up front. 10 more minutes go by with most of the staff seeing us but not helping us. Eventually one man came to ask what we wanted, by that time another group had filed in after us and was waiting as well. This was the first time anyone in there actually spoke to us to ask what we wanted. After being told we would need to wait another 20 minutes, we left. The one star isnt for the wait, I understand restaurants will get busy (in fact I prefer busy buffets... fresh food). But the 15 or so minutes of wait before ANYONE came to greet us or even find out why we were there is not right. Youre pricier than most buffets, you are a bit further from me than most buffets, and I wish I could say that your food was better but I didnt get a chance to try it, however, worst of all your SERVICE is not good. Please retrain your staff, I hope the next time I attempt to try out your restaurant, the service is better.

Pleasant decor, menu with good variety, would recommend the all you can eat if you can come into the restaurant. I did just have one unfortunate delivery incident where I needed more than an hour and a half for delivery on the weekend, but had to leave my house before they could come, and had no one to pick up the delivery for me (as I didnt expect I would need that kind of back-up for a 45 minute delivery twice that time in advance). This was not the norm for delivery in my experience, but it was poorly handled and I was disappointed. Ordering delivery on a weekday hasnt been a problem in my experience. Food arrives warm and the sushi is delivered fresh. I havent had any issues with in-store visits.

My favorite new sushi place! All you can eat includes Chinese favorites AND sushi-but make sure you come hungry! Youll leave disappointed and mad at your tiny excuse of a stomach if you dont. My favorite roll is the Pink Lady, and I love the fact that the spicy tuna doesnt come with that sweet mayo sauce slopped on top Iike some sushi places do. The service is very nice and polite too! All in all, you cant do wrong if you go!

Place has amazing food. But the service is absolutely terrible. Its a BUFFET. We paid over $50 for two people and before leaving one of the rude employees says "Youre not going to leave a tip?" Also, we wanted to order something else and didnt finish two pieces of sushi and I had two waitresses question me. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again. Good food but awful staff.

All you can eat option was disgusting. All of the sushi was slices very thinly (almost paper thin)and the "special" rolls were all either spicy tuna or spicy crab based which was pre made and easy to make. The kitchen made appetizers were all microwavable items and oveeall, it was not a good experience although the staff was kind and attentive. I wish them the best although I will not return.

Jasmine is the best sushi experience around. I have been a regular since they opened, and have always experienced great service and amazing food. The sushi is always fresh, so the all you can eat sushi is not only cheaper with more fish than other restaurants, but it also tastes better too. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The all you can eat option is terrific. They have very light and tasty sweet and sour chicken and the sushi is amazing. Sashimi is very large pieces. Service is excellent and the food is worth every dime. I love that the "buffet" is virtual, so you can order exactly what you like and have it brought to the table hot.

This place is very good! The all you can eat sushi and to die for! The atmosphere is great. They have really nice asian decor along with a dim lit setting. Prices are good for lunch and a little more expensive for dinner. It is worth the trip if you like sushi. The Aloha Roll is one of a kind!

We love the all-you-can eat sushi. Good selection, very tasty and well prepared. We go there a few times a month and they know us and what we drink. Just come prepared that you may not get your drink refilled lickety split, but dont be shy to stop one of the servers if you need something.

A friend recommended this place so we decided to try it. The service was terrible and there was no one in the place. How can the service be bad if no one is in there. We felt very uncomfortable a the ppl were not nice. Food was just ok not really worth the money. We dont recommend.

Absolutely love this place! The all you can eat sushi is phenomenal. i come here at least twice a month and drive an hour just to eat here, the price is well worth the quality of the sushi. The service is also very fast and the staff are very courteous and professional.

Horrible service, the food is good but the girl that served me and the people I was with wasnt very friendly and didnt strive to make my experience better than anywhere els. And she also stared at us the whole time we were eating. I wasnt comfortable.

Pretty standard. Prices are high, but sufficiently match the quality you get. Sushi offered and all you can eat for about 22. Its about 10% cheaper if you come for it on a weekday like tu-thu

Seven of us heard about their all you can eat sushi deal, so we checked it out. $18 for all you can eat. Which is a great deal and the sushi was really good. Looking forward to going back.

Went here with a friend for dinner, she ordered the shrimp dumplings, and we both ordered sushi the food was terrible, we could not finish it and ultimately paid for our food and left.

This place is the best because they have the usual Chinese food. But also sushi! What more could you ask for? Everything I get is always good! I love the spicy crab salad!!!

Sushi is pretty good. The all you can eat option is a great deal. I LOVE the crab and cheese wontons. My only complaint is that the service is not always the greatest.

The Sushi we tried was great. I thought the Chinese food had a really fresh, nice flavor. Definitely a cut above the usual Chinese Buffet. My compliments to the chef.

Pretty decent and a good value for aushi. There are a couple places around that are better in selection and preparation but jasmine is still a giid value over all.
