The worst Starbucks in the Philadelphia Area!!!! I am a Starbucks addict, I can tell you almost every location in Philly & the Philly Suburbs Area and by far this is the worst location. Their customer service sucks, they are RIDICULOUSLY SLOW and they never get anything right. I dont think anyone there has a clue of what is going on. I work in that area and I time every morning how long it takes me to get a black iced brewed coffee... its already made they just have to put ice cubes in it and it takes more than 15 minutes every morning!! I am now boycotting... corner bakery has good coffee and they are much faster!!!

This is a great Starbucks. They have a new manager (Andrea) and a couple other employees she took with her from the Bala Cynwyd Starbucks where she worked for many years. They are all top notch employees. B.J. is once of them, he has also been with Starbucks for a long time and he really knows what hes doing behind the bar. There are three Starbucks that are closer to home for me but I come here because of the nice atmosphere and Baristas.
