I ordered via the Starbucks App and selected the wrong store and Im not sure how I did so but when I arrived I was waiting for my order and I never had to wait before. When I looked, I noticed I ordered at the Palmer location. Noticing my mistake, I spoke with the cashier and she spoke with the manager who swiftly made my order for me to get me on my way. This issue was totally my fault but she fixed it for me and didnt make a big deal about it. I come to this location almost every day, it is by far my favorite because everyone who works here is happy, pleasant and its a great way to start my day. I really appreciate everyone at this store, keep up the good work! Thank you again!

My family loves Starbucks, my Husband lovers it the most, he buys a brink everyday for his hour long drive to work, hardly ever does he stop at this Starbucks, but on the morning of the 6th of July he needed to stop and before he could get on the Highway at 5:45 in the Am my husband calls and yells "they did it again", I ask for no water in my REFRESHER and they put it in anyway I felt bad for him he Loves this drink made to his liking, he has 1 everyday but this store never gets it right, sorry for the bad review but this has happened twice and my husband has only gone there twice.

This drive through is a happy drive through especially in the morning. Such nice people that smile and really make my day. Much more than coffee, friendly and hardworking people who do a great job, love their job and have a positive impact on peoples day. This is probably the reason why I notice their drive thru line getting longer, because people like are fine paying $5 for a coffee because, happy people work here! Thank you for making my day start with a smile!! Great experience, great people and obviously great management.

I drove out of my way before work to grab a coffee here. I purchased my usual iced french vanilla latte which has always consisted of hazelnut and vanilla. Im not sure if theres a new person today or what but I could not bring myself to drink the $5 waste. It tasted like someone put some sour berries and a little bit of vodka in it-Im not even certain but it was definitely disgusting.

Only 3 stars today, I love starbucks, my mother n law is a district manager so I get my share of refreshers, I asked for no water and would you know they put water in my beverage, watered down unlike what I like, disappointed to say the least, not enough to stop going but customer service is what drives a company so I hope they correct this as I stop there everyday on the way to work.

I love this location! Came here twice in one day just due to the fact of how well I was treated. I have a Starbucks two miles from me and took the extra 9 mile drive to come here. They are super polite and make sure everything is done properly and to the customer liking.

Awesome customer service here! I placed a mobile order but selected the wrong Starbucks. They realized my mistake and made the order for me anyway. They also called the other Starbucks so they could put the beans I ordered back on the shelf.

Small shop and good for quick visit. Not a place to really chill out. Nice long table for a group study. Unfortunately no clover brew systems here and hence no reserve coffees! Which I like. Overall a good small town in an out.
