If you dont know what a full Irish breakfast is, you can get a pretty good idea of it by eating here. The breakfast mystery meats they serve (sausages, white and black pudding) are different from your usual US breakfast fare. Even the brand of baked beans is unusual and reminds me of the old country. Im a veteran of English transport cafes--unassuming places with stick-to-your-ribs fare--and this place just felt like one, except for the shelves crammed with across-the-pond treats. And these are a real bonus. For displaced Brit or Irish patrons who miss HP Sauce, Jelly Tots, and proper cuts of back bacon, this place doubles as a well-stocked neighbourhood grocery store.

i used to LOVE this place as a child... but recently it has been overun by mexicans and teenager employees. dont get me wrong , I dont have anything against mexicans OR teenagers, but it takes away from the whole Irish feel. I often used go there to get the feeling of where most of my family is from... but I cant feel it anymore. Not having Irish employees at the Irish coffee shop is like having ugly, flat-chested waitresses at Hooters. But other than the workers, the surroundings are tottally Irish. the decorations to the food & candy; 100% Irish. I give it three stars.
