The lady that prepped my quesadilla did not even care to ask if I wanted anything on it. She was making my food while asking the next person what he wanted. Was not even paying attention to me. I overheard her saying to the customer "you should get 3 tacos instead of two and make it a meal" he responded well do I get a drink with the meal or chips? She said no. Then he asked well is it the same price either way for 2? She said no 2 is cheaper. He just giggled and said no I would 2 tacos thank you. Either way I get the food and sit down and come to realize the quesadilla was not cut into pieces. I went back and ask them to cut it and they said they are not allowed with no explaination. So I said whatever and walked back and just decided to eat it and come to realize the quesadilla is dripping with grease everywhere. I opened it up and its only steak and cheese. At that point I wanted to speak to a manager . The manager said they are not allowed to cut the quesadillas do you to the aluminum foil. I told a manager well why dont you cut the quesadilla without the aluminum foil underneath? He then told me that theres plastic knives over on the side. I then told him why didnt you guys say that the first time when I came. At that point I said just give me my money back. Which the manager did. I believe it starts from the top sO I dont blame the worker. The manager shouldve made it right. He kind of did with giving the money back but I really just wanted to eat a good meal. Not going back.

This location is HORRIBLE! The service is poor, and the workers have attitudes! The rice and beans that went into my burritos were hard! I ordered two chicken tacos, and there was 3 pieces of chicken on each of them. Save your time, and spare your taste buds! GO TO THE WILLOW GROVE LOCATION!!!!!!!!! The Willow Grove location gives more food, and the staff is friendly. I think if youre going to serve lousy uncooked food, take forever, be understaffed, and unprepared to serve customers YOU SHOULD BE PLEASANT, especially since your not paying for the food!!!!! SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im a big chipotle fan and was excited when I heard this location was opening because its closer to my house and school than the willow grove one. Ive gone twice and both times my experience wasnt good. Both times I ordered on the web for pick up.. both times my order was wrong. The staff was unapologetic and careless. The tacos and burritos were made both times with almost no meat. Disappointed. Go to the willow grove location.. save your time and money!

Service and quality have both been terrible at this location since the day they opened. They consistently get orders wrong and cook it poorly. It seems to be a management issue. At least they always try to make things right when you complain. I just wish we didnt have to so often.

Great atmosphere, a lot of space for and co-workers or friends and of course outside setting. Definitely would recommend this location to seasoned Chipotians and new Chipots. Dont try the sofritas here though, they always seem a bit soupy...unless youre into that!

Its Chipotle... Not great, not bad. Good for a flavorful side quest when youre a bit hungry. This location is very clean compared to other locations. I imagine the affluent location has to do with the better service.

Fast and friendly service. It seems many restaurants are eliminating seltzer water from soda fountain. I hope Chipotle dont follow the trend, because this is one of the reason I support the restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff. I had never tried the vegetarian option and they gave me a nice sized sample cup. Pretty cool. Service was fast and the food tasted really good. Will go there again.

Staff is really friendly here. Line is usually not too long, and they are pretty quick with orders. Its located in a strip mall, so there is always ample parking.
