This location gives you food on par with other Chipotle spots, but I wanted to give a review specific to one excellent experience I had. A couple months back I came here to get a burrito bowl. I always order steak. By the time I got to the front of the line, they had run out of cooked steak and were still waiting for the next batch. I understood and was totally fine with that, but the manager jumped in anyway to apologize and handed me a cup to get a fountain drink, free of charge. The workers informed me when the steak was ready and I went back to the front to order my bowl. As I got to the register, the manager apologized for the wait and handed me a card for a free burrito for my next visit. Again, I was fine waiting for the food, but I felt very well taken care of on this visit and was impressed by the customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location.

The girl at the making area made the smallest burrito ever!! I pointed at the source from above the glass and said, id like to have this please since I didnt know about the name of it. The response was SIR, you cant put the hand beyond the glass, its something to do with the food safety in a rude tone. I didnt know and I get that it was my fault to point at a food item. I agree with her on the food safety. However she could have said it in a nicer tons. After all Im her customer! (If there was a huge cue, I would have understood it could be due to work pressure. But the line was empty. Few items of food has run out. Not too sure if that was the case or my south Asian complexity. Anyway, I like the food at chipotle, but I probably find an alternative place to enjoy a burrito. Btw, please have a small label showing the name of the product.

I have eaten here numerous times and probably wont go back. Ill pick a different Chipolte in the area. The people are nice. The orders are fast. Last night, though, took awful to a whole new level. I showed up at a little before 9pm. They closed at 10pm. The beans looked like they were sitting for hours. The pinto beans looked dried out. The black beans just needed to be stirred around a bit. I gave up after the beans though. The steak and chicken looked like they had been on the line for way too long. Both were shriveled and overcooked. I apologized for having them start my order and walked out. I have had bad experiences with the food quality at this Chipotle in the past. Usually it has to do with the quality of the cut of meat (too much gristle). Last night took bad to a new level though.

I had a great experience here. Great portions, fresh and great taste. No complaints. I rarely write reviews, but I felt inclined to write one for this Chipotle because a the cashier literally bought me a free meal because I had to wait a few minutes for the cashier. Based on this experience here, I can only assume that the customer service here is top-notch, and highly recommend this Chipotle to others. It left a great impression. Thanks!

Dont bother coming here unless you order online. 7:30 on a Tuesday and the line is practical out the door. Sorry but the food is not that good to wait in a line of 20+ people. Also, they need to be way better about cleaning there cleaning tables. One time with my wife we found nothing but dirty tables all the while the manager was standing there chit chatting with a customer and no one was cleaning

Ive been impressed by every Chipoltes Ive ever been to, except this one. Pretty upsetting too, as its the closest one to my house. Been there a few times now, each time hoping that the last was just an unusually bad day for the servers. Sadly, it would seem that the management has an eye for angry, bitter, ghetto servers who obviously dont enjoy working there. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Had lunch there, I got a steak bowl, but its the smallest bowl I ever get since the first time I have been eating chipotle. The cashier just act innocent about it, the tables were dirty. I have been eating in this chipotle since high school, but after today, I dont think I would ever give another chance to go.

The burittos are huge. Although my 7 y/o can tackle one by himself. The staff is usually quite friendly. We have never had bad service. In fact most times the servers are very friendly, esp to the kids! We definately enjoy going here. Although sometimes the music is too loud.

I got sick so bad I have shivers, diarrhea and nausea sensation. I had tasted the sour cream taste that was not so fresh, but I also had the meat (Chicken and bacon/sausage mix)... For two days I have not been able to come to my senses!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Love chipotle, but I dont know if staffing is light or if management is poor because it always seems to be dirty here. Youd think after the food safety issues that chipotle would be the cleanest place. Nope. Staff seems pleasant.
