I usually really appreciate this Starbucks. Unfortunately, I recently had a terrible experience with one of the girls there named Amanda. I was very clear with my order. I said it twice to confirm as I always do. When I got the window, a sweet young girl handed me a drink. I confirmed with her it was what I asked for. And she said it was. But it looked weird, so I took a sip. Realizing their mistake, I requested them to re-make it. There was probably one car behind me that had just pulled up-- no biggie! Amanda standing next to her yelled in an angry voice "WHAT DOES SHE WANT?!" And the sweet little Asian looking girl explained to her the mistake. Amanda, threw a fit. And said "Well shes going to have to wait few minutes then!" In an extremely rude tone. Im sorry, I understand work can be stressful sometimes. But someone with that kind of attitude shouldnt be working at Starbucks where you have to interact with people all day long. Unfortunately, she has ruined my favorite Starbucks location for me. Its too bad because Im sure that location works hard to maintain top-notch customer service as Ive seen in the past... And Im a regular customer. I wont be going back if I have to deal with being indirectly yelled at by Amanda when she made the mistake or was not attentive to the label on the drink....

I am looking below, and I just want to say this MUST BE a hoax. I originalt went to Safeway bakery on 9/21/2010 and I ordered a specific cake. When I got it, it looked like a christmas cake. I started crying because, It was like a joke! The manager was rude as heck! they didnt give a discount or nothing! and then I took it to Fred Meyers (YES I took a Safeway cake to Fred meyer) and they saved the cake and saved the day!! they transformed the cake in front of me, Cindy and Nichole where awsome,they had me engaged in the decorating, and I tried to tip them but they said NO it was ok. I am actualy on my way now to go pic up my cousin Edwins cake! Thanks Cindy for my last cake and Nichole for staying to do a short notice emergency cake, doing such great team work makes HAppY customers. Unfortunatly sometimes there are ugly people in the world who like to lie and make things up to hurt people like the angry person below. LLLOOOVVEEE Fred Meyers!! The BEST cakes in Town!!

Just went to this location, about 1pm on 2/14 and the barista there made a very rude fat joke type comment to me when handing me my two black and white mochas. She handed them to me and said "two nonfat mochas" and i said "should be black and white mochas" and she looked me up and down and said "really? You sure?" Then laughed and said "well two black and white mochas then". It was incredibly rude and inappropriate and i will never come to this location again.

There are 2 girls that are always very very rude and snobby towards me. I come in almost every single day to get my tea. There is never any sugar left out. She handed me a burning hot cut with no sleeve and when I tried asking for one, they sat there chit chatting. I also bought a reusable cup and the girl didnt give me the discount for it. I love Starbucks tea, but I will not be going into this one anymore.

Almost every time we come to this Starbucks they get our order wrong. The service is friendly, however they continue to get our orders wrong. My mom ordered a white chocolate mocha. When she got it it had no coffee in it just milk and flavoring.
