Ordered 2 dollars menu Frito burritos, 1 tostada and a $2.49 soft steak taco. When we received the order the steak taco was less than 12 the size of the $1.00 Frito burrito. Took it to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable and to give it to the manager for lunch. They threw it away and did not offer to make good on it. We got our receipt went back to the counter and asked to speak with the manager. They did not want to make good on it so we raised our voices just loud enough for the other customers to hear and told them How disgraceful it was that they would attempt to serve something less than 1/2 the size of a $ 1.00 burrito for 2 and 1/2 times the price. They started making excuses about new people being in training. I watched them make it. It was the manger who made it. They finally made good and remade it. We were congratulated by several customers for standing our ground and not accepting sloppy service or being ripped off. Note to other customers: Do not be afraid to stand your ground or be intimidated by staff. Other customers will support you for doing the right thing.

Slow. One word defines this place and thats the word that starts this review. I have yet to experience any fast food place that is as slow as this place is. As a resident of Corvallis from 2005-2015 I can tell you that its almost faster to drive to Salem, get your food and come back. Ok thats an exaggeration but its really not far from the truth. You are better off buying the supplies, going to culinary school, making it yourself and then sending yourself a bill... it will be quicker. Im almost positive that the management is scraping the absolute bottom of the talent pool when they hire anyone. "Have you ever worked in fast food before?" .. Um, no.. "You are hired". I avoid this place like The Plague.

Really well done. I normally dont take the time to rate fast food, but this is a special case. Here is what happened: The crew was short staffed, the day was hot and there were no lack of people wanting service. In spite of all this, the store was immaculately clean and the service was prompt and friendly. What really set this day apart was one of the crew was asked by the manager to stay over a bit more since someone else could not make it in and without hesitation, she said yes, took off her pack and went back to work. That sort of unit cohesiveness stands out and the way the store ran showed it. Well done.

took my family out for dinner, went thru drive thru, got home and items i we ordered wasnt in the bag. went back to get new food and manager was EXTREMELY rude. asking 20 questions, how far i live and why i didnt eat the food i got then comeback and get the rest. because i wanted to eat with my family. just eat in front of my 3yr old son and say when were done will go get your food? food was okay. i work at a fast food company and my manager never asked questions inless its to help with the customer and doesnt ask where they live. because of the manager i will never take my family there again.

Not the worst thing that could happen...sheesh, its fast food drive thru stuff, so how much can one gripe? My comment is that the food is inconsistent...meaning, sometimes its good, sometimes its not, and so you dont know if its a good day or not. I dont think its just my perspective, but the same items ordered do not taste the same each time. So, its like a crap shoot going there -- will these items be the same as the last time I ordered? I dont know how to rate something like this...but again, its like, maybe it will be what I want and maybe it wont...its a gamble. Its iffy.

Local Delivery, stopped in for lunch, forgot my order. Waited 12 min for 3 tacos. Guy in front of me got his order made twice for him and called out his number twice. Once they realized they forgot about mine, they threw it together and out the door I went, since now I was running a little behind schedule . Once I finally sat down to eat, all 3 of the different Doritos Locos Tacos, I found that all the shells were smashed and falling apart. Needless to say it ruined my lunch and made for a worse day :/

Although they can get backed up a lot in the drive thru, the service is usually fast. Dont come here if you have some sort of "high standards, ," if you are looking for real Mexican food then go to a real Mexican restaurant. The food is what can be expected from a fast food establishment. As a college student, I enjoy it. They actually have a dollar menu, unlike every other fast food place I know of. The menu has reasonable selection at a reasonable price. The staff is nice, although ever changing.

Came here on 3/6 when the Cool Ranch Doritos tacos were supposed to be available a day early for people who asked (as per Taco Bells website, twitter feed, etc) they had no idea what I was talking about and said Id have to come back tomorrow. They didnt bother to check if what I was saying was true and I know Im not the only person who asked that day. Very disappointed in their service on multiple occasions. Worst Taco Bell location Ive been to and their prices are higher than others.

Ive been to better managed Taco Bells. Goofy food worker shenanigans usually going in the background when driving through later at night. This can lower the customers trust at times. Not been going back lately since Ive been seeing this. Management needs to shore up appearances with their crews so customers drive off without doubts about food quality. If we can see a health food standard being violated through a tiny drive thru window then what more is going on where we cant?

Horrible drive thru serve, employee messed our orders up on purpose, then was very verbal thinking her drive way window was closed, I know this girl and Im shocked at how inappropriate she was as Thier employee, normally its great service....Avoiding this place until shes fired or let go

The workers are nice and the food is fine but the drive thru takes way too long every time. Longest drive thru waits Ive experienced. I see people pull in and change their minds because of the line, Ive done so myself too.

Theyre severely understaffed and typically forget a piece of the order anytime I go there. If you try going late at night, they will probably be closed an hour or more earlier than their posted times.

This one is off and on. Sometimes it is up to par with their other stores, and sometimes it really isnt. I recommend ordering inside due to there usually being long lines. Good for the $1 items.

Im giving it 5 stars, not because its good food or anything... I mean its Taco Bell. As far as Taco Bells go, they got my order right and I was through the drive-thru in less than 3 minutes.

Better than one of the Albany locations but it seems to take a really long time to get your food. Also dont expect to get any response if you try to get your order fixed.
