As someone who is new to Oregon and its culture, Dutch Brothers coffee has become a permanent morning fixture for me. It gives me the get up and go required for my every day routine. Theres many reasons I choose DB to get my coffee, but Ill just outline a few. The customer service is incredible. The staff really make you feel like youre part of the family. They are interested in how your day is going, and they outwardly relate in a human way. Some folks think this is a tip-grabbing procedure, but I think theyre just friendly people. Another benefit of drinking DB is their wide selection of drinks, both coffee and non coffee. My favorite is a large hot trifecta with whipped cream. Oftentimes Ill get a Dutch freeze which is a non coffee drink similar to a milkshake. They have canned drinks, called rebels, coffee, tea, shakes etc. Ive yet to try them all, but Ive enjoyed what Ive tried. The ONLY reason this is a 4-star review is because DB Sweet home seems to have consistency issues. If I order the white cup late mocha every day for a week, it will taste like a different drink every day. Something not often considered, but appreciated is their cups are thick enough to keep out the cold, and in the heat. They dont burn your hands when touched. Most often, my friends dont realize this perk until I mention it. Its one of my favorite parts! So, if youre in sweet home, or really anywhere in Oregon, try things the Dutch way.

Good coffee! But today on my on my way to work. I was waiting on a little black Honda for around five to seven minutes. Mind you Im cutting it close to get to work on time but Dutch Brothers is my treat on Fridays. (I am stuck between cars and cant just leave.) Well the little Honda left without getting handed anything because they are doing nothing but chatting. Im done with the sweet home Dutch Brothers. just irritates me to no end. A hollow "Im sorry about that" apology when I pull up doesnt cut it. 2-17-17

Stopped here on Fathers Day after a day on the lake expecting to get a free Fathers Day drink like they have always done. (Mothers/Fathers day and birthdays) was told they werent doing that but they were giving out stickers. I hand her my debit card and stamp card, she takes it then hands the debit card back and says "oh dont worry about it, its free. Your stamp card is full." All with out ever a smile or telling me happy fathers day as she looks right at my wife and son in the pickup.

They have raised their already exorbitantly high prices and also requesting tips using an iPad. We have decided not to return and have found another drive up coffee stop that meets or needs thankfully. A shame but we gotta do what we gotta do.

First time having Dutch Bros. Coffee and it was delicious!!!! Price was not bad either... considering it was a Latte. I am used to paying well over the $3 and change Dutch Bros charged me....and it was worth it!!!
