I love Ixtapa and cant stop eating there at least once a week. Good size portions, great salsa, good service, ice cold drinks, Ive eaten there many times at both the Silverton and Wilsonville locations and cannot complain about either. My only advice is if youre there for a birthday and you get the shot of liquor thats on fire, dont wait until the birthday song is over to drink the shot, the rim will burn your lips!

Food here is fabulous. Portions are perfect, done to order, and prompt (went with a group of 9 during main dinner rush). Staff are friendly and have a great sense of humor. Great place to nab a bite after a hard, hot day at Canterbury Renaissance Fair. Would totally come back.

Ask for their hot sauce! It is not offered unless asked for, there is a reason for that. Perfectly spicy. This is the best hot sauce from any restaurant that I have been to. Oh yeah, the food is good to.
