Ive spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at this establishment. Albany is a tight knit community of people that care about each other. By wife that suffers from celiacs and hyperglycemia, has always been a big promoter of this pizzeria because of their gluten free pizza. There few take out foods she can eat, especially in town. Our car broke down and she was hankering for a pizza. I called and asked for a gluten free pizza for delivery. The total came to $11.50, delivery was $15 minimum. I asked that they add $3.50 onto my order to make it $15. They then said i had to pay an additional $3 for delivery. I plead with the manager, stating I understand their standard rule, but would be very grateful if they could make an exception this one time for a local fan. She did not budge. That $3 was worth more to them as a company than a loyal advocate of their services and goods, and were unsympathetic to our situation. That manager represents the company, so Pizza Now cares more about $3 than the happiness of a regular, local customer, that medically has very little options, in this small town. Thank you for showing your true colors Pizza Now. Ill be sure to start telling people about this story, instead of the good ones Ive told in the past.

This was my first experience with Pizza Now! The pizza was delicious. Highly recommend there marinated meatballs. Lost 1 star cause the delivery took 50 minutes instead of the 30 they said it would. However, I will order again & Im sure that will improve. The driver said there was an issue at the store. Everyone was very polite & professional.

Literally the best taco pizza Ive had. Love their variety of items on the menu. Awesome cheesy bread and garlic knots. Prices are pretty fair. Anyone I recommend this place to that tries it, loves it! Cant rave about this place enough.

One of my favorite places in Albany. If I get pizza its only from here. Garlic knots are literally the best. You get a dozen for like 3 and half bucks. Anyways they are usually pretty fast and food is always hot and ready.

They have large, gluten free pizza for only $8. Cheapest in town, and not too bad either. If you want more than just cheese or pepperoni though, it costs more.
