I absolutely love this place. Donut Plus has quickly become my number one go to for doughnuts and easily tops Voodoo with the Bacon Maple bars. I just love the owners and enjoy every minute I am in there. In my opinion, their doughnuts are not at dense as Voodoos and not as airy (kinda melts in your mouth) like Krispy Kreme. They are in between, which to me is prefect. I am so grateful Donut Plus was recommended to me and I have passed on the recommendation. The only thing I can complain about is the hours of operation. Most days it is very hard for me to make it there before they close. So I do not make it very often, otherwise I would mostly likely be there daily.

I shared a regular glazed, maple bar, and an apple fritter. My favorite was the regular glazed. It had a little more chew to it which I liked. I wasnt overly impressed, with either the maple bar or apple fritter. A little bit better than Safeway. Im keeping in mind that I went at 10am so things were not out of the oven fresh. I live in the area and decided to try it rather than drive downtown. Next time I decide on a doughnut earlier I will try it again. If entertaining company with donuts I would still make a run downtown.

This place has some of the best donuts in the area. I one day I came in just add they were closing; of course this meant that none of the donuts were fresh. I wouldnt have known it by the taste! The donuts are crispy on the outside, soft in the inside, and have good flavor. I enjoyed the different glazes on the old fashioned, and the donut holes were delectable. If youre in the mood for tasty donuts, definitely check this place out. I know Ill be returning.

Been eating here since the early 90s. When you get recognized after not coming there for 4 years, you know that this is a good place. I love old fashioned donuts, and the blueberry kind is beyond fantastic. I live close by and I go there once every week. They still havent forgotten about my Dad liking their fritters.

I like donuts. When I was younger, Id eat a dozen at a time (Tim Hortons before the factory move). These are very well handmade uniquely delicious treats. The Texas is as big as the state! Fritters have that classic taste. Ive found my new donut home and life is a little bit better.

IMHO, best doughnuts in the Portland area. Better than Sesame, better than Blue Star, way better than Voodoo. Crispy outer bits and soft, fluffy insides. This is the way doughnuts are supposed to be. Get there early (they open at 5:30am) and feast on a still-too-hot old fashioned.
