I have never hated going to a business in my life. The service is never good, my order is always wrong, and the lady that works there doesnt care. Its almost like she takes my order but doesnt tell the cook. I doubt the cook has his food handlers card or any knowledge about cooking at all. They give me less and less fries when I come and on top of that they arent fresh. I asked for 2 onions no lie I get 8. I ask for light lettuce they give me a handful. My burger bun is wet and saggy and I feel like they took advantage of me.Unless you like rude workers who dont care about your order I wouldnt recommend this place. She told me I complain all the time, well If my order was actually right for once, I wouldnt have anything to say. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY SHOULDNT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion: Ive been in there several times to play video slots--and I almost always win when I play there. Ive had maybe a beer or two, but Ive never eaten there, so I cant comment on their food.. For such a small establishment, they do seem to have a large crowd of patrons, but I dont know what the allure is. If not for my winning on the slot machines, I probably wouldnt bother going back. Theres not a whole lot I can say about it other than, Ive never had a problem with the staff or patrons and, it does draw a number of people. It must be a favorite hangout for many.

This place is raw! They should change the name to The Crystal Palace or maybe The Shard Yard. You can practically hear the teeth grinding as you walk into the place. I doubt if anyone in there has actually been to sleep in the last week or two. I pounded stiff liquor all night and smoked weed in the parking lot. Nobody else seemed to care. Im pretty sure my friend got his dick sucked in the bathroom but I bailed before I could ask him about it. Two Thumbs way up!

Went in for the fish and chips/clam chowder special they had advertised on their sign. Didnt expect much for the cheap price - got even less! The fries were okay but the fish was nasty. The chowder was hands down the worst clam chowder Ive ever had in my entire life! It literally tasted like plastic! A friend told me they had a great breakfast but, since they dont open until 9 am, I never found out. 2 stars is a generous rating for this place.

Im struggling to see where the negative reviews are coming from, the servers when Im there are friendly and attentive! I guess it could have been a sour employee at the time? Anyways, the all day breakfast always hits the spot and the house special 82nd Burger is killer! If youre in the area, you cant go wrong with the good service and food for the price. Will be back!

These places I gave her a quick stop say hi to a special bartender spend 20 minutes to most but it really has a problem with a lot of homeless addicts something someplace nobody all the time but the climb or the workers are or nice and its kind of like a neighborhood bar a lot of older people go in there but a lot of bad elements

Service is really good. The owner is cool. If its crowded, good luck getting on a video lottery machine. Hamburgers are horrible (taste worse than mcdonalds) but the fries are awesome. (-1 star for the burgers)
