I invited my family and parents to Mazatlan restaurant on 4/12/2015. I regret it so much, this specific location worth being closed right away, or at least they need a new management and cooks. The food was bad, the service was bad and we were charged for the item we actually returned. I would never recommend this specific location to anyone. For example, we ask for Fajitas, and we got it on a dinner plate with only 2 items dry beef (supposed to be nice and tender stake) and onion. I am so disappointed that we spent $77 on the meal we did not enjoy, returned one for bad smelling tiny shrimps burrito etc. The only reason I put 2 starts is because I avoid using word "hate", it is a very strong emotion, however, I am simply disappointed that our time and money were wasted at this restaurant. Now I understand why they are trying to invite new customers by sending "buy one get another 50% off" coupons. Good restaurants have waiting lists, not coupons to attract customers. If you wish to waste your time, money and stomach, you may visit this restaurant. Thank you for reading it.

The flan from this place is disgusting! Weve ordered it twice, the first time it was super "cakey" instead of the custard texture it is suppose to be. We decided to give them a second chance just in case the previous cook was slightly off on the recipe. The second time it tasted like some kind of freezer-burned, factory, plastic-based tart. Will never go here again. If the dessert is that bad and that unauthentic to traditional Mexican cuisine, I dont see a point in trying the meals.

Ive gone here for years and I always come back because its good everytime. Its not exactly authentic Mexican food, more on the Americanized side but good none the less. Fajitas are the best thing on the menu. Mixed drinks are usually pretty strong and chips and salsa are bottomless. Service is almost always good with the exception of a few stand offish servers. Prices are very reasonable. This is a pretty popular spot with the locals Id say!

Food was pretty good. The service was excellent for a Friday evening. The waiter was not only helpful and nice, but was spot on with drink refills and bringing and picking up the bill. We will definitely be coming back here. Its not easy to spot from the road and parking kind of sucks, but its probably the best Mexican fare we have had in Oregon City.

A cockroach was crawling on my bench seat right behind me. Drinks took forever to get, then paid 9.50 for a summer drink Pina Colada and was not what was pictured. Couldnt taste any alcohol in it. Super disappointed. Food was ok. Not really worth the price. Dirty silverware. Will not be back.

Wonderful waiter,excellent and large portion of food, (Steak Fajitas and 3 piece combo), Got the "Pefecto Margaritta", and it was freakin awesome! A mild and hot salsa was given, both being perfect for me and my wife. I will be returning many times. We found our new favorite place to eat!

Best mexican around! The owners are fabulous and the service is amazing! The happy hour is the best in town and the portions are huge! The food is delicious and never a wait! Try out the happy hour in the bar because those drinks are perfect! Youre missing out if you dont go to Mazatlan!

The food is generally good. The wait staff is hit or miss though...one day we get a really good waiter, the next day we get a really bad waiter. I still would recommend them over Tachos. Los Valcanoes (Gladstone) was the very best, but I heard they are closed now =(.

Best Mexican food in Oregon City. Im not quite sure what happened with the poor reviews listed, but I have never had a bad experience here. Service has always been great. We go here about every 2 weeks or so.
