Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. I dont know if it was a manager or owner or a worker there, but they had their kids, probably 6 or 7 years old taking food to people. Pretty disgusting to watch these kids picking their nose and eating it and coughing, then pick up my food and bring it to me. DISGUSTING. I threw it away and went down the street and got a sandwich. Will not ever be going back there again.

This burger joint is not the best option. Great theme of an old milkshake shack. Major down falls from the beginning. You can not oreder a meal i.e. no fries with your burger or meal deal of any kind. Overpriced to say the least. Im open to pricing as long as the food is good but my luck is i haf a huge long black hair in my fries. Just a bad expierience overall. Think twice about this burger chain.

It is a pretty good burger joint with some tasty, as well as cheap options. The burgers tend to be on the expensive side, but the quality is there. The milkshakes/smoothies are really good, and I like the cheap cheese burgers. Its a good idea to sign up for their rewards program, which includes money back to spend at the place and a birthday gift.

This is one of the view fast food places I am willing to go. It is a little spendy, but the fresh food and great quality is worth it! Their burgers and fries are to die for and their milkshakes are amazing! If you need to grab food on the go, the is the one place I would tell you to go! They are a great chain and do a lot of fundraisers as well!.

Nice and friendly staff. Overpriced for the quantity of food. Ordered a double cheese burger. Thought they gave me a single. Opened it up and saw one thin Patty. Took it back and they opened it up and turns out that one thin Patty was two, super thin patties. Three stars because I love their mission and their staff is always great.

A local compared it to a Wendys, but I found it to be much fresher & real that a larger chain. We dont have Burgertime where I live (in NM), so it was a great quick local bite to eat, bolstered by the awesomeness of their thick Marionberry shake. A caution, however. It is fast food but not cheap food.

Slowest service I have ever had in a "fast food" establishment. Food wasnt good-minus the milkshakes, those are alright. Everything else is probably what you would expect from a restaurant like this. Not to mention it is WAAAAY overpriced.

Pulled pork sandwich is solid. People complaining about price need to realize that you are paying for NOT having your burgers harvested in a pile of crap at a slaughterhouse and sprayed with ammonia to clean the crap off, like McDonalds.

They have OK burgers, but Five Guys burgers are much better. The photo shown here of their burger (being swallowed by the bun) and fries reminds me of the old, "Wheres the beef!?" commercial. Its a half mile away at Five Guys.

Wala Wala onion burger is a must have! Service can be a little slow in the drive through, and the parking lot is very oddly setup, but the food is well worth it! Be sure to order a seasonal shake:)

The food here is not what it used to be and the manager and staff are not very friendly (borderline rude!) Would rather drive a ways to West Linn or Canby to get better service with a smile!
