Been going to Dutch Bros for over 6 years now. Never had such terrible service. Only stopped at this one since I was on a road trip. They made terrible excuses on why they couldnt make my daughters apple smoothie into a caramel apple smoothie. Not that they didnt have caramel but that their owners wouldnt allow that. Im just glad I am home and can see my regular peeps and never be treated so rudely again!

I ordered a latte and saw them adding something called "Kick Me" so is it a coffee drink or something fake? People should know what they are consuming. It doesnt taste like coffee to me. Sorry. There was no phone number listed on the Dutch Brothers website for questions or comments. No one answered the phone here either. Just coffee please.

I love Dutch Bros I order the 911 with extra shots every time. I feel that the person below me should have asked questions before they ordered not Dutch Bros fault if you do not know what you ordered the ingredients are posted on the menu board. :) Want to borrow my glasses? :) Dutch Bros You Da Bomb!

I have nothing but praise for ANY of the Dutch bros Ive been to! The quality is always consistently good. The Baristas are always helpful and friendly. The only thing I really really wish they would bring back is the chocolate covered espresso beans! Keep up the good work!

Its quick coffee with tons of sugar. So thats good. BUT they burn the shots usually and add too much sugar. This goes for all Dutch Bros.
