Worst restaurant experience tonight ever. Went in for a late dinner around nine pm. Our waitress was acting rude and snappy the entire hour and a half we were there. Called us disorganized and rolled her eyes at us for asking her questions about food on the menu. Every beer I tried to order they seemed to be out of. The had no hefeweizen at all. We asked another server if our waitress remembered our shots as we had asked for them while she was busy talking to another server and he responded in a angry sarcastic voice " what would make you think she forgot" we just said it had been a bit and he got visually upset and said " have you ever made a tequila shot, it needs to be limed and salted and poured and takes awhile bud"after that we sat quietly and waited without ordering more drinks with our food as we were genuinely afraid it would be be spit in. Anyways after a few more rude comments my friend got upset and said that we were customers and we werent doing anything wrong to be treated that way and the waiter responded with " thats it this will be your last drink" which was fine cause at that point we were too scared to take anything from them. I had only had a tiny beer from the sampler tray so I went downstairs to ask for a manager while my friends paid. The bar tender claimed he was the manager and I proceeded to tell him the attitude of his staff and the comments we got and he just defended them with it was a crazy night and everyone was on edge or it took forever for our drinks because he was alone behind the bar (restaurant wasnt busy so that shouldnt have been an issue). It was a joke and I have never been more disappointed in choosing to go there especially cause it was my birthday dinner. I love mcmenamins in Portland but I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Food was ok, not a lot of choices. Leaving the stars just for the food. Waiter was horrible, forgot multiple things, didnt write them down while ordering, I got my food before I even got my beer. I despise mayo and I got my sisters burger with mayo and the extra mushrooms I ordered, and when I switched burgers with her, (because he mixed them up) I realized he forgot to order the mushrooms I ordered. After 10 minutes of waiting I just ate it and said screw the shrooms. He got irritated with our little kids when they voiced their concerns about missing items etc a waiter shouldnt get annoyed and snippy with little kids that age. My mom got her coffee mid dinner and didnt get cream or sugar she originally ordered with her coffee until the end of the meal. Ive been to a different mcmenamins location and it was 5 star service, this was horrible. Ooh and to top it off my mother vomited when we got to our beach rental. I think they need to rethink their staff or work on customer service. And yes I still left a decent tip for 4 adults and 4 children from 3-8 years old. I rarely leave bad reviews but I hope the owners or managers read this.

Terrible experience. If you have a big party, youre better off at Mos. The staff is not trained to handle bigger parties and the management is awfully incompetent. It was painful to watch our overly flustered waitress drop the ball over, over, and over again. Orders were wrong, salmons looked like pork chops, drinks were never refilled, etc. We received the message really quickly. There was not going to be good service no matter what we said or did after that point. The manager came out to see what the problems were but by then it was too late. He took a salmon back but then he decided to charge the person for the greens and mash potatoes that were stirred around. Honestly, terrible management. A argument followed as you can imagine. He then told us about a major problem that they were experiencing with their salmon supplier in an attempt to de-escalate the situation. But then the question came up: Why are you still serving it then? Never going back.

This was the first place we ate when we moved to Lincoln City, tonight is the last night here in town, so naturally, our last place to eat. Service has always been kinda slow. We waited about 15 minutes before my husband went off to find menus. While he was gone, out server shows up. She had been on break. Apparently, they dont cover tables while they do so. Food came out extremely quick. It was a bit busy. I assume they put a rush, since we waited? At least I hope! Because it was out so quick, the alternative is, they just nuke everything. Hubby had the fish and chips. (He had tots) He said it was good, but the tots were nothing special, and should have gotten fries. The cole slaw is pretty good, once you add salt and pepper. I had the reuben. It was VERY good. Loved it. The fries are really good as well. I love that they use Portland ketchup. All in all, good place to stop and eat.

DONT GO FOR THE FOOD... Cool decor. food was not good our waiter made excuses for the kitchen but i think if you are gonna spend 50 or 60 bucks on dinner for 2 the steak should be big and juicy instead the 10 oz steak that was more like a 6oz and even though he ordered it rare it was so chewy he couldnt even mask it with the mashed potatoes.The waiter had said it came with asparagus but it came out with broccoli Rob el-denti hard as a rock wasnt easy to cut with a steak knife.i ordered a sandwich and tot the tots were so over cooked they could have broke a window. The staff was very friendly but acted as if they have never been busy before. The GM comped our food but what else could he do it wasnt edible.

The Lighthouse Brewpub was a pleasant surprise. The Terminator chocolate milkshakes here are amazing. Food is very good--not the best, but will satisfy most standards. Our only issue was with the service. Our main waitress was only on her third day and seemed very poorly trained. Poor girl was trying her best and was very nice, but she lacked knowledge of many drinks/items on the menu and got a couple things wrong. At one point, a more seasoned male waiter came to attempt to correct one of her mistakes, but he was very rude to us (and slammed her incompetence at the same time). I chalk this up to just a coincidence that we got the new girl, Im sure the service isnt always as sketchy. Overall, recommended.

My wife and I love McMenamins brand and try to carry the passport whenever we meander around the PNW. If you dont have a passport then would strongly encourage you to sign up and start checking out different McMenamins restaurants. They are are all unique and have a distinctive vibe, yet are part of a whole. I havent had a burger I didnt like. Today had a gyros that was killer. My wife loves their fish and chips. Dont let the exterior fool you...the interior ambiance almost feels out if place in the bland strip mall. All McMenamins Ive been to so far use this awesome ketchup from Portland Ketchup Company... amazing! If youre coming to Lincoln City, this McMenamins is definitely worth coming to.
