Terrible first experience (better second one, see update below)! First, they open at 10:45 am, which it says on the door. I arrived at 10:55 and they told me they dont open until 11 and made me wait. I thought it was because they werent ready with food prep, but the food was all ready - nothing was moved to the hot table when they "opened" 10 minutes later. They didnt tell me they opened, they just started making food for the next person who came in 10 minutes later - wow, great service. Then when they made me my burrito, they made me one with a huge split down the middle (see photo) so I couldnt even eat it without putting it in a bowl. This place is run by a bunch of young kids who dont care about the quality of the food they produce or the service they provide. I only give them 2 stars because the food is delicious, but thats it. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. I wont return to this Chipotle. UPDATE - They seemed to have worked out some kinks. I decided to give them a second chance. The burrito I ordered was great, no issues. Service picked up and was speedy. It is a new restaurant so they may just be getting into their groove. I was happy with my second visit.

I usually have an ok to good experience at this Chipotle and I usually dont complain about the inconsistency in service. However this time I was disappointed more than ever. I walk in and see nobody is in line and think awesome this will be easy. The girl who in her defense was the only person working the line, which begs the question why this location is so understaffed? My main issue is that she was moving extremely quickly and not loading the burrito to my satisfaction. Yes the service was extremely fast however I felt I was underserved why she was in such a rush I dont know I was the only person in line. As I left I looked at a kid who was on his break eating a burrito that was loaded (he probably made it himself I know) this just frustrated me more I hope I dont get underserved like this again or they will lose my business.

we decided to get lunch here since it was the closest to us. we got there 3mins early and were told sorry we dont open until 10:45.. fine whatever not a big deal.. though working retail I doubt three mins is a big deal lol.. anyways, the chips we got were stale and gross =X and the staff was just rude. not only that but they didnt even have all there food ready to go... now before we went here we actually called tansbourne and we were going to do a to go order which we were told we could pick up right away and they were open 15mins early! moral to the story, always stick with the ones you have already had good service at before, gave them 5 stars! this one sucks!

horrible place to work at, managers dont know what they are doing and dont keep you informed or keep in contact and when they do call better answer because they leave no messages and expect you to know why they called, expect you to drop family emergencies for themselves and one of the managers likes to run around yelling out "BOO" to employees who have alot of dishes or a knife in hand making it a dangerous workplace. food is alright if you like it to be sitting in a warmer for 2+ hours making it no longer fresh. not my first choice in a chipotle.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a steak burrito with guac, and a kids quesadilla. Everything went well, until I got to checkout and had to pay, and was being charged for another quesadilla and when I told the cashier why I did I get charged for another quesadilla she didnt say anything. I then told her about the mistake and she did nothing. I ended just paying for it cause I didnt want to cause a scene. Wouldnt recommend coming here if you want people who dont know how to listen to simple orders.

I could walk here faster than it takes to drive to the tanasbourne location, yet Id rather make the drive. Across multiple visits Ive had horrible wrapped burritos that fall apart within a couple bites. Ive consistently witnessed the line come to a halt as the kitchen doesnt keep the food bar stocked with food. The few times Ive tried online orders theyve been late everytime. Bottoms line either Tanasbourne raised the bar way to high, or theres no quality control at this location.

Ive been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this is the worst i have ever had. They pre cook a lot of there food in the mornings and just keep it in the warmer where most Chipotles cook as needed to keep fresh... Chips were stale, rice was hard... Been disappointed with this one twice now and will not be returning. Ill go another 3 miles to Cornell where they know what theyre doing.

Stopped in for mid week dinner, only a few customers but dirty tables, staff just doing a job, not engaged. Ordered bowl, double meat, husband ordered salad...both very skimpy on all counts and lettuce wasnt much more than a garnish, even on salad. Add chewy chips and one soda for $18 total...not even close to past experience w/other Chipotles, wont go back.

Came on my lunchbreak at 10:45, but the doors were still locked. Waited outside the door until 10:50 and the doors were still locked and had not been able to make eyecontact with any employees, so i gave up and left to go eat somewhere else. Disappointed.
