Our first time visiting this location. There are some areas that need improvement. After placing our food order, we each ordered a beer from the bar. The bartender needs to be trained on how to pour a beer properly, and to hand out coasters with the beverages to keep the bar clean. After waiting an hour for our food, I visited the mens room, which was dirty, the stall doors and panels are rusty. The brackets are covered in mildew GROSS. In addition there are no paper towels in the one dispenser in the bathroom. 1.25 hrs. still no food. it was given to someone else. Manager wrote me a refund. we went to Abbys instead. Owners need to circle the wagons here!!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Went in for a second chance , by myself one week later for the lunch buffet. The buffet was well stocked, and after a large group of 12 men came through it, the staff had it restocked quickly. I had a chance after my meal to sit down with the manager Matt, He was pleasant to talk to and is aware of the kinks that are needing to be fixed, and was all ears on my suggestions. He is hopeful that he gets the support of corporate to ratify the issues with the restroom, lighting issues, a larger faster oven, and the cloudy windows. They are also working out some IT issues with a new point of sale system. I am hopeful for this location to improve.

Being in the customer service field for over 8 years I can guarantee you this place lacks in experience on customer service skills! The food is great dont get me wrong, but the staff can be so un attentive when it comes to taking your order, one staff In particular, Desiree. Not polite or graceful what so ever when taking our order, we ordered a RT pizza sandwich didnt even ask us what kind, when we approached her to ask about what toppings the sandwich came with, because apparently it was of our choosing all she said "I already entered it and charged you for it, you never said what you wanted! " as a paying customer and being a first timer at this place I would expected so much more, I wouldnt of cared if it would costed me more to choose my toppings but she didnt even bother to re due the order or even put in an extra order for the toppings! And on top of that took about 15 minutes to give me my beer because decided to go chat with her co workers! This place would be so much better if they actually taught their staff customer service skills! I actually want to feel greated with a welcoming environment, like I greet my customers! And why are they so awkward?!

First off I called to see if they had the lunch buffet the person on the phone said that they did and it started 11 and ended at 2 that was oclock when I called. I came into the facility at 11:05 and I ordered the lunch buffet and turned around after I received the go ahead and found out that theres only salad at that time and they do not even start cooking the rest of the stuff until the first person orders. The pizza started trickling out at 11:13 and by 11:27 it finally had all the food items. So I think its safe to say the lunch buffet really starts at 11:30 if someone gets there at 11?? I dont understand this managing logic.

Great pizza, the kids had a lot of fun in the arcade, but the ordering system is horrid, the servers dont serve the tables, very self serve and SLOW-I washed my own table, cleared menus and the previous order number. The table next to us had 3 order number flags on it and the server was confused when the customer asked for them to be cleared when she left. If you have a lot of time to kill and patience, its a lot of fun! They need to be clear from the moment you walk in that youre on your own. Or train some servers/hire servers with previous experience.

We have done 2 delivery orders. The 1st one was wrong and real soggy. Tonight we ordered online said it would be ready in 60 min. 55 minutes after the 60 min it was delivered. I called inot between lady nice said it just got out of oven. 50 minutes later it arrives. Delivery guy nice said it was warm, it was cool. I used to love round table, but I cant order from them again. They didnt even offer a discount for my next order. 2 hours is too long to wait.... disappointed.

Had my nephews birthday here. Reserved the party room a week in advance and called an hour ahead the day of to order our pizzas. The room wasnt ready when we got there, half of the pizzas werent done until a hour and a half into the party, they ran out of both tokens to play the games and tickets to win, so we ended up with a room full of upset 9 year olds who couldnt play the games or eat pizza at a Pizza-serving arcade..

Excellent food, friendly staff, and they have an arcade for the kids and a bar for the adults with the football games playing every Sunday. They have pizza, sandwiches, wings, burgers, fries, a whole plethora of things. And they deliver. A little bit on the spendier side but their pizzas are of a much higher quality than something like Dominos.

This is the nicest Round Tabke I have ever been in . The food was solid. We had a conference room area for a grad party. The kids young and old played games . Good Salad bar too ! We enjoyed it with our family who we sold a home to at George Fox U and that paid off great in the past 4 years . A very enjoyable experience .

Great food, although there was a long wait. The set up is a little strange; it would be easier if the waiters came to you to order. Finally, the kids there were a little obnoxious, screaming throughout our meal. There was great television, pizza, toppings, restaurant setup and much more. I would definitely recommend this place!

Sad that the pizza itself is amazing. Through staff here lacks any experience. People for the most part are asking where their order is, wrong orders and just lost looks. Employees standing around at the front not sure what to do. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Abbys.

We went for the Tuesday night buffet deal. It was clean and the food was great! We thought the buffet selection could have been better, but man we loved those frosted cinnamon bites for dessert. Would recommend this place for a casual night out for sure. We will go back.

The service was awkward. We walked in for lunch and the bartender told us we had to order there. She forgot to give us our drink cups even though we paid. This restaurant is trying to be too much at once. The pizza was pretty old in the buffet.

Great atmosphere, the pizza is really good, has authentic taste and doesnt feel like fast food. The wings can compare to Buffalo Wild wings as well. Great place to take the kids as they have arcade games.
