The gravy for the chicken strips is often obviously old and left under the heat lamp or microwaved as the plastic lid is cracked. It also often tastes a bit like plastic and has a too thick consistency. The French fries are often cold and limp, even soggy. So ordering a meal is often hit and miss. Even though other locations have updated to small boxes for fries and paper bags, they still stuff your burger into a rectangular box and dump fries into it. Their waffle machine broke a few years ago and the owner refused to replace it so this location stopped serving waffle bowls well before the other locations did. Larger blizzards often are poorly mixed and have only vanilla ice cream at the very bottom. Their ice cream cake options are extremely limited.

I have been in before and the only reason to come back has been the Cones. Tonight on free cone day my wife and I were refused our free cones. The store during the middle of the day decided that their drive thru times were taking too long and so TANNER, the assist mngr, decided no free cones thru the drive thru. They did not post anything any where about it. My wife was buying a $4 waffle cone and still no honoring the free cones. Even though I was stuck in the drive thru behind two other cars and could not back up because of the car behind me. So Tanner would rather argue and dishonor the free cone and make me come in the store after waiting in line behind others. I wont be back and will actively urge others to not patronize this place.

The food is moderate, The service is not great. They start turning off machines before closing time (1 hr prior), I have blatenly been denied service because they turned off a machine 1 hour before. They are very rude making sure you know that they want to get rid of you as fast as possible. Overall I would not suggest this fast food restaurant, there are many better places to eat then dairy Queen.

Order takers for drive thru are way too hurried, smoothies are mistakened for orange julius, language is a blur, and the microphone outside is too small and incoherent when transmitting our voices. these folks need some training and updated equipment. it appears to be absent ownership and management. My wife and I order multiple smoothies each week. we deserve better!

Best smoothies in town. The chicken strips are amazing, and the service is incredible. The red headed girl at the counter always takes special pains to make sure my experience is special. Shawnte is right about the fries, theyre a little terrible, but absolutely everything else on the menu is outstanding.

Best Fast Food Place in Mason County if not maybe the North West.Honestly I wouldnt call it Fast Food more like Fine Dinning,Great Flavor and choices.They must have Chef Ramsay back in the kitchen because my taste buds were in heaven.Great Praises to the Managers Keep up the Good work.

the people who work here can NEVER get my order right. every time I get anything here, whether it be lunch, dinner, or even just for a few milk shakes, there is normally something wrong with my order. The service is trash. They need some new people who can actually do their jobs.

The ice cream is never made the way it should be here. The banana spilt Blizzard for example is supposed to have pineapple, strawberries and banana in it. On a regular basis they only put banana in it. Way overpriced.
