Its not the fact that we waited in line for 30 minutes when there was only 3 people in front of us that Im giving them 1 star. The cleanliness is why im giving them 1 star. The girl never wiped off the slab, resulting in my boyfriends order having an ice cream he doesnt like mixed in with his. If he had an allergy to something that could have been bad. Mine was gross. She barely put any of the toppings on it and my brownie was stale. She kept touching her face and glass and never washed her hands. Disgusting. She never apologized for our wait or acknowledge us waiting. The people in front of us received a discount for their wait and we did not and waiting longer. I would have been fine with an apology for the wait. Their bathroom trash was over flowing as well.

GOTTA HAVE IT!!! My husband and I celebrated our engagement there - the service is a BLAST! Theres never a long line (even the longest ones move fast), but its kind of fun to watch what other people get and see it made. Sometimes theyll even throw the ice cream in the air - I always tip extra for that! When you do tip - they sing! Its loads of fun. I went to the first Cold Stone that ever opened and have visited shops across the country since then. Theyre all good, but this is my favorite.

I come in here once or twice a week, Im not satisfied with the amount of icecream they gave me today for a got to have it size, I said something about it and the guy said they are giving less icecream now, so that the lid can fit? So pay more, get less icecream to get a lid. No thanks me and my family will find a new place to get icecream

Ice Cream is great, staff is great but prices are a little high and theres usually only one person working behind the counter. Im giving this 4 stars for the service. I went here for the first time during my senior year of high school and have loved it ever since. I got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter, and I thought it was super cool how they literally fold the peanut butter into the ice cream! Theyre always super nice and the ice cream tastes amaaazinggggg!

The slightly higher price is worth not only the service, but the food as well! I came in here 30 minutes before they closed and they had huge smiles on their faces, sang a small ditty about ice cream, and then efficiently put all my ice cream into the container. It was fantastic.

Went here because the group wanted to go, very pricey 4$ for a small, and had a hard time choosing a flavor since they all tasted like crap. Very disappointed in the taste, worst icecream Ive had, they did not properly label the icecream flavors. Very disappointing.

I use to work at a cold stone creamery when we had one on the big Island of Hawaii. I love the ice cream. Although people may say its too expensive, you get what you pay for. I say its totally worth it.
