Best cookie of my life eaten today at Ambrosia Bakery on Ocean ave. Their Walnut-pecan-chocolate-chip cookie is the best cookie Ive ever had and Im a cookie monster. It was flat about 4 or 5 inches wide, crunchy from the edge for about 1-2 inches as it gradually got tender towards the middle without any doughyness. The chocolate chips were not too sweet and were still instantly melty...yuuuummmm. The nuts were crushed up small, and you can very much taste the walnut and pecan. I would definitely appreciate some larger chunks of nuts next time though. I hope they make this cookie everyday!

So this is what addiction feels like. If only I could bathe in a vat of their cream cheese frosting and just lick it off my body...wait, did I just say that out loud?Ahhh, well I had quite the sampling on my first visit...sampled a couple mini cupcakes before making my selection would not be happy with me)...I came there to get 1 cupcake for m and 1 cupcake for my boyfriend and ended up with half a .Oops!And to top it off, we went back like 3 days later for another half dozen to show off to our ACL guests of the weekend.

I got the Princess cake here, and it was very delicious. I asked for the pink version, and while the color was decent, I felt it should have been more "pink". They also have a lot of pastries and another section for sandwiches. I was hoping they had a bigger selection of pastries, but nonetheless, its worth a trip here if you are hungry, need coffee, or need a cake.

This little bakery tucked away on Ocean Avenue seems like a hidden gem. Not only are their baked goods delicious but hey serve sandwiches and coffee as well. I treated myself to some mexican wedding cakes and a Swedish twist. Both were delicious! I cant wait until I have a birthday cake to purchase for someone!

For me its all about the Beehive, its a chocolate mouse, honey & chocolate cake filled behive made out of melted chocolate on the outside. My boss likes the flat cookie, its like paper thin. Princess cake delicious, red velvet cupcakes yum! Service is always great.

Delicious local bakery. Great cakes, pastries, pies, and other baked goods. Their sandwiches are also delicious (although not sold every day). I like to stop here on a foggy day to get a warm cup of coffee and a delicious sour cream muffin.

Wonderful assortment of baked goods: Dont miss the princess cake. They have a very reasonably priced latte which is really good with a sprinkle of chocolate on top. Also a great place to order a cake for a special occasion.

I love this place. Great neighbourhood spot to grab a sandwich in the afternoon, or a pastry in the morning. Their smoothies are excellent - the green tea one especially. Staff are always super-friendly.

I love this place, its a bit pricey but the owner has worked so hard and makes sure every item he sells is perfect. He bakes as well and some of his employees have been there for years.

Great bear claws and fresh morning coffee. Afternoon coffee not so much. Sandwiches are just okay, nothing special. They do not have a crunchy baguette only soft loaves.

This is my favorite guilty pleasure. The fruit tart, the cherry puff and the short bread cookie are my all time favs. Newest craving is the sun dried tomato twist. OMG

Love this cafe. Coffee was from Peets but with a blend suitable for the cafe. At 5:30 pm, all deserts are 1/2 price. I Love the cookies.
