This is the 3rd time Ive come here and every time the same blonde girl acts as if she hates her job. She is always very snarly and rude to me. I paid with my debit card today and accidentally drove away with her little clipboard that I signed on. When I realized it, I came back ( about an hour later). She was soooo mad at me, as if I intentionally took it or something. She mumbled something to me and slammed the window before I could even say anything. I highly recommend the manager looks into this. She is a blonde who was working about 7:45pm today, 5-5-13. Horrible customer service. I just moved to the area and was looking forward to finding a good coffee shop so close to home; Unfortunately I will not be back to a place who treats me like that, especially with my children in the car asking :why is she mean to you, mommy". Too bad too; their coffee is great!

Tried this place on a whim when I was craving some teriyaki chicken and I have never been disappointed. The portions are very generous and even though they wait is long in the drive through, you know that they are making it as soon as your order so its always hot and fresh. I order the chicken teriyaki platter which comes with iceberg lettuce carrots and poppyseed dressing with rice and a lot of chicken. I havent tried the coffee yet but the teriyaki chicken is top notch.

The layout of the place is chill and relaxed. The customer service was sketchy since I wasnt condiments but another customer was. The food tho didnt measure up. The chicken and beef were both over cooked and dried out. I honestly thought I was chewing gum for a moment. The best part about the order was the salad for sure. The place has potential but the chef gotta work that stove/grill a little better.

Updating my review. The customer service here leaves something to be desired. The food is usually good enough to make up for that until tonight. My husband politely asked for the chicken to be cut up a little smaller if it wasnt too much of a hassle. This request was made when ordered. The cook took this as a opportunity to be a jerk and completely mince our food.

Best teriyaki Ive ever had. Not the most decorated restaurant and the service is usually very fast but has known to be less than friendly at times. This place is all about the food. I could eat here every day and for $6-8 dollars for a meal and leftovers, the price cannot be beaten.

This place is an odd medley of a drive thru coffee kiosk and a takeout teriyaki joint that serves the same recipes from the now defunct Dus Grill that used to be up the street. Somehow the combo works. The dishes look simple but the portions and flavors are big.

I love their teriyaki chicken platter. I have never been a teriyaki fan and have been driving past this place for years and years. I finally tried it and wow! Now I go all the time! Its fast and easy and delicious $

Worst service, long wait for some of the crappiest food I have ever had I ended up with what looks to be soba noodles that are all day old and chicken but Im not sure what I ordered was beef plate and a side of soba

Great chicken breast teriyaki bowl! Gyoza is wonderful. I was surprised. The place seems like an old bar turned into a coffee shop that also serves teriyaki. In all honesty, I wasnt expecting the wonderful food!

I really do like this place but it seems to be hit or miss on portion size, and how the meats are cut. Sometimes its barely cut and other times its prepared great. It would be great to see some consistency.

Great little teriyaki spot. Reasonable prices. Thier all white meat chicken platter is a must. Option of spicy side is to your own discretion but i strongly suggest. Suprisingly good coffee options aswell.

Wow Great Teriyaki, 5.49 for bowl of chicken and rice. I have driven by hundreds of times and never knew it was so good. Never tried the coffee but I should. Hint order the Teriyaki bowl with spicy on it.

This place is a hidden gem for quick teriyaki/bento food and their poppyseed salad dressing is amazing. The staff is always friendly and you are usually off with your food in just a few minutes.

I know it sounds a little weird. but this is the best teriyaki and coffee around. Great food always made fresh, and the coffee is way better than any chain.

Great flavors, large plates. Salad with dressing compliments rice and meat well. Try the spicy chicken. Staff has always been friendly.
